On paper it looks amazing The website makes it look like a perfect option for kids with dyslexia and adhd. My high schooler is struggling and always has and we got a tefa award so I was looking for options, let me say just trying to get info was a headache and nightmare and took about a week to connect with someone, then when I finally spoke with “enrollment specialist “ Ron the sales agent, cuz let’s ne real and call it what it is - it felt so scripted and pushy, he was clearly reading off a paper talking 20 miles an hour and every quiet I asked he brushed off and told me I should sign up for their free webinar , I could see we were getting no where and recultanly agreed to go on a list for the webinar even tho what I really wanted was to get my simple questions answered without pressure,seems like they work on commission and only care about getting you into the webinar , Im uncertain if I even want to move forward after that experience, very disappointing

Brilliant Microschool was the perfect solution when my AuDHD / PDA daughter experienced severe burnout upon starting in-person middle school. BMS staff and teachers are very flexible with teaching style, level, and there are built-in academic accommodations for disabilities. This enabled my struggling kid to actually access an education, and we are SO appreciative!

I had a fantastic experience with Brilliant Microschools! The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and supportive. My son's teacher Rebecca Zurcher is kind and understanding. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure students are engaged, encouraged, and challenged appropriately. I particularly appreciate the personalized attention they offer, which has made a significant difference in my child's learning experience. The online platform is user-friendly, and the quality of the lessons is top-notch. I highly recommend Brilliant Microschools for anyone looking for a dedicated and enriching educational environment.

When my daughter joined she had gone through a tough time in public school. She is now doing very well academically and making friends.

I love how easily children connect with children especially in their uniqueness that public school don't contribute to. I love how my child made friends from different parts of the world and thier friendship continues even after school. Brilliant Microschools was the first and best choice I made for my student. His growth in social emotional skills grew tremendously because of BMS gentle understanding of children's diversity of uniqueness and helps them blossom from it.

Our family has had an incredible experience with Brilliant Microschools. Three of our four children currently attend, one will be graduating this year, and our fourth will be enrolling next year. After several years with this school, we truly consider it part of our extended family and plan to stay until all of our children graduate.

A very special shout out to Ms. Bee, who teaches two of our kids. She has taken the time to genuinely get to know our children and our family, and the level of care she shows every day is remarkable. Around our house she’s affectionately known as “Auntie Bee” because that’s exactly how she feels to our family.

We also greatly appreciate the parent support team, who consistently communicate classroom updates and reach out quickly whenever anything comes up. That level of communication makes parents feel involved and supported.

The administration has also been fantastic. They are responsive, supportive, and truly care about the students and families they serve.

All of our children have special needs and struggled in traditional public school environments. Since enrolling here, they’ve received the support, patience, and individualized attention they needed to succeed. The difference has been incredible, our kids are not just doing well, they are thriving.

We are extremely grateful for the teachers, staff, and leadership who make this school such a positive place for families like ours.

Brilliant Minds is a blessing in disguise. My son is mid year with Brilliant Minds as a sophomore and he loves it. He actually wants to go to school and learn. He has a great teacher with an excellent curriculum that actually interests him. Thank you Brilliant Minds!

Our experience has been amazing since the first phone call. Explained our sins situation, they said they could work with him. I was actually thinking "yeah right they all say that" But it's been amazing for him. He actually loves his teacher and is learning. No more fighting to get him to go to school. We offered to let him go to a private school with his friend and he said no. Mrs. Kraft really takes the time to work with each child's needs everyday. She works to diffuse issues among students fairly and effectively. She is absolutely amazing.

Moving our son to this school was the best decision we have ever made. The public school environment is not suitable for all kids, Brilliant Microschools created a community for kids that don't fit into that box. The small class sizes allow the teachers to get to know your kids and their learning style. This is our third year with this school and we have not had one negative experience, they are pretty amazing!

My daughter previously struggled with both the social and academic environment in public school. The transition from grade school to junior high school was exceptionally difficult. She felt rushed, overlooked, and overwhelmed. She now has a smaller class size, a dedicated teacher that gives her the attention she needs to learn and grow, and a shorter school day that allows for her to learn within her short attention span, while she is focused.

Good experience thus far. I like that my daughter can do her thing while I can simultaneously get my work done too while not constantly being interrupted. I like that she can engage with other students too.

Our son finally loves school! The teachers have done an excellent job tailoring their teaching to each child’s needs!

The teachers and administration are absolutely phenomenal. They brought back a love of learning to my child!

We've been very happy with Brilliant Microschools! Our daughter loves her teacher and everything related to the administration has always been smooth and easy. They are particularly responsive to questions and friendly in the way they communicate.

The school has been the best choice for my son who is diagnosed with ADHD. Following years of struggle he is not back to his old self, curious and thriving.

On the day of our video matching session to review available teachers, the individual from admission told us that they were unable to share any teacher videos. They were apologetic and promised to follow up soon so we could get started, but we never heard back. I followed up 10 days later and received no response by text. I finally received an email response stating that all classes are now full and there may not be space until next year’s enrollment cycle (and we’ve been added to a priority waitlist). The lack of follow up after our call expressing interest was disappointing. And we’re still unclear why a call was scheduled for us to view teachers when none were available. I hope our experience was an exception.

Updated - Head of Admissions followed up with me and explained that lower grades have limited spots and that the last one was taken just before our scheduled call. He promised to help set better expectations on the front end moving forward to avoid this scenario with future families. We appreciate the call and explanation and hope to try them again in the future!

Our teacher was enthusiastic, kind and met my student where she was at academically and socially. The curriculum was engaging and interactive. Learning styles were valued and a variety of teaching styles helped my neurodivergent child navigate curriculum and peers.
