I was searching for a company to manufacture a small number of product boxes and labels, and to my surprise, the results revealed Brilliant Packaging Suppliers which just happened to be local. My experience with this company was absolutely amazing! Mark is a complete gem. His attentiveness, his willingness to avail himself to me, and his eye for the details of my project were all top notch. I was greatly impressed with his 5-star customer service skills. He made sure all my needs were met for the project. When my boxes and labels arrived I could not believe that what I’d envisioned, was exactly what I was holding in my hands. Be careful using this company for custom printing. I used them for a custom job and the work was poorly done. The finished product came from Pakistan. They also delivered the product to the wrong address. They are no longer responsive after trying to discuss.
