I completed an online query with regards to getting an EPC for my house. Matt got in touch with details and availablity. He was polite and respectful and did a thorough job. The EPC was uploaded the same day which was impressive! Payment was easy and the invoicing was all handled via email after the job was completed.
I would not hesitate to use him for other jobs in future.

Matthew arrived on time for the appointment and conducted an energy performance assessment of my home in a very professional and efficient manner. Throughout the assessment he was polite, respectful and considerate in answering my questions. I worked with Matt to find the most appropriate heating solution to replace my old oil boiler looking at all the options, surveying the property and then through the purchasing and installation. A single point of contact and a seamless install made the whole process painless.

Matt was keen to visit the house from the start and give us a plan that worked for our house/needs (Everyone else just wanted to give a web based quote). He listened to us and explained well what he would recommend. He was happy to adapt to any suggestions we had. Matt was very responsive to any questions we emailed over and if felt the whole installation was well planned and well executed. The team worked until 7pm the day of the install to try and get it finished in one day then came back to finish off a few minor bits the following day. Matt has also been great with after care, answering questions and helping us identify which appliance in our house was draining our battery.

I initially requested three quotes. Brimstone Energy were the only ones to come and do an visual inspection of the work needed which was also the same day I asked for the quotes. The quote was very detailed with parts and other work needed seperated.

Any issues that came up were fixed very quickly for a very smooth installation.

He conducted the survey thoroughly and also took the time to explain to me the technical details I was interested in, and he was generous with his time in discussing the practical implications and advice regarding the survey’s findings. Having this survey carried out has been instrumental in my decisions about energy efficiency improvement work at home and I would recommend Brimstone to others.
