I wasn’t expecting much if I’m honest, but these walking shoes are actually brilliant. I’m on my feet loads during the day and my old trainers used to leave my feet aching by the evening. These feel proper cushioned and really light – almost forgot I had them on.

They’re easy to slip on, don’t rub at the heel (which is a big win for me), and they look decent enough to wear out and about, not just for walks. After a week of wearing them, my feet feel so much better at the end of the day.

Beware purchasing from this company. Firstly, no contact telephone number, which is always a concern. Having received a neck pillow, I emailed some concerns to the email address given on their website, but my email was returned "recipient not found".
My concerns are as follows: I was a bit shocked to learn that the neck pillow I ordered was being shipped from China. Had I know that, I would not have ordered it. I wish you had made that clear on your website. Upon unpacking the pillow, the chemical smell was overpowering (and I don't have much sense of smell). I've had to put it somewhere away from our living area to see if the smell will go. Nearly 24 hours later the smell is still overpowering. If it doesn't go away and I need to return it, I see that shipping is free within the UK, but I'm guessing the item will have to be returned to China. I hope that's not the case.

You say in your returns policy "To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging."

If the smell doesn't disappear of course I will not even try to use it. However, the pillow was packed so tightly there is absolutely no way of returning it in it's original packaging. There were no tags to remove.
I have now sent them a message via their "send a message" link, so I'm hoping that I will get a reply to either that, or to this review.
In any event, I wanted to warn others that their products might be shipped from China, so returns will probably be prohibitively expensive.

Product seems fine but it took weeks to arrive (although labelled as "Tracked 48 hours") so opportunity missed. Returns policy seems prohibitively complicated to I can't justify the time and stress to navigate this! I'd suggest buy from elsewhere.
