We received an excellent service from Briparkcars. Amber the salesperson was excellent and was both friendly and professional. She and the staff there were willing and able to assist us with all our queries. Hopefully 🤞 our new vehicle will provide the same level of performance.

exchanged a 2019 mg3 for an audi a1 2016 plate got told i had an amazing deal with only 90 odd thousand on the clock (joke)

anyway long story short drove the car off the forecourt within a few days the car had problems not to forget i was promised a new grill and a dent removed :) -- never happened as the few weeks off owing. First i took it back and then they said to me i can get the parts cheap from ebay again they said they would repair as i went from a 2019 mg with no marks at all !!

few days off owning coil light came on car juddering ! contacted these and they couldn't give a flying S*it ! once you drive that car away your left to deal with it your self broke down multiple times on the motorway !

few months later and the car started smoking from the engine they said to contact the finance company only way out off the agreement was to PAY £10,000 in full !!!

car finance got in touch they said they would send a *specialist to inspect the car *

turns out the radiator was also held on by expanding foam ! and a pipe glued at the top !!!

absolute joke off a company as stated avoid these at all cost !! they will sell you an overpriced car whats on its last leg and rip you off in the process off doing this !

£10,000 and what ever for a 16 plate a1 with 93,000 miles on the clock told me was an amazing deal to later see i could get one for £6000 from car people with 32000 on the clock !!!!!

old experience but writing this as this company needs to be closed down before they pray on another vulnerable !!

Bought a BMW 320d M Sport from Briparkcars Hyde and received amazing service from Amber. She was helpful, kind and genuine.
The car had been cleaned very well in readiness for my arrival and had been looked after well by the dealership.

Purchased a car today from the lovely sales assistant Amber. Nothing was too much trouble for her, so pleasant and very helpful. This is my second car bought from here, highly recommended.

Purchased a vehicle in August 2023 and Amber was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Kept in touch by phone and email. A pleasure to deal with.

So far, so good. Very pleased with my purchase and interactions at Briparkcars Hyde. Particularly Amber, who has been helpful from the start. 6 month warranty, new MOT, oil service all included at point of sale. Fair p/x given, and I now own my dream car. Only took me half a century :)

Partner bought a car,needed repairs 2 days later,had trouble with a woman from customer service who was a total Karen,and i dont recommend using them. Terrible service from beginning to end😤

This company is not signed to the motor ombudsman, they are not a legit company and won't be honourable enough to oxide by the law!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR OFF OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!I bought a car of bripark motors in Birmingham. 2 days later car broke down, ok its under warranty i thought. Garage said they couldn't fix it (A - it had been tampered with when they sold it me. B- was a main dealer job that's was above the warranty cost limit. Have no choice to return car and get the pittance they gave me for my trade in. The happen to have sold my old car instantly (surprise) so am left with a fraction of what I would of sold my old car for. They big time f@#ked me over. DO NOT BUY A CAR OFF OF THESE PEOPLE. They sell dangourous unchecked and unroadworthy cars to innocent people.
I have since tried to return this dangerous faulty car back to this dealer after 2 weeks of owning it( 12 days of which sitting in garage) they won't take it back, finance people told me to return it but this bripark motors company will not follow the law and accept the car back??????. How dare they have no respect for the law. I need to go through trading standards, which any legal costs and more will be claimed back from this company. They need to just do the right thing and accept the car as being a refused sale. I'm left with a £5500 bill for a car that lasted 2 days. Car only bought on 29/07/21 . Cowboys!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RUTHLESS!!!!

I have today 12/08/21 been told off by customer services for leaving a bad review. They told me to stop leaving reviews please " it doesn't help matters" if they were above board and legit they wouldn't get bad reviews. Instead I have still got nowhere and they are still refusing to help. They think they can rip people off and expect people to do nothing. They have done it to the wrong person!!! they were willing to take the car back if I bought another vehicle off them. But not willing to take it back because its faulty. They asked me to pay for a diagnostic!!!!!!!!! I've already paid recovery even though its under "warranty "

Update!!

Still nothing been done about taking the unsafe, dangerous faulty car back as rejected.
They have inspected the car and said there is no faults after citroen have inspected and found a list of faults/leaks. They just simply won't accept they have sold a faulty car and give me a refund. The case rumbles on, I will keep updating my review, so everyone knows about bripark cars.
Trading standards are on the case, so hopefully cowboys like these start abiding by the law

i was pleased with the service i had at u can car credit both tony and conner where especially helpful. i found the car i wanted and drove away with a smile on my face.

Very happy with the service I was given thank you Pontefract I've had car a year now no issues with it , the only one I have I can't upgrade for another 6months

I would recommend this company to anyone, what a fantastic service they provided for me. From the start of the process of getting my new car to the end when receiving it never had no bother at all, they went out the way to make sure I got the best deal and felt right at home with them.
