I recently bought a Mercedes from this garage and although am very happy with the car I am not happy with the salesman. I asked if I needed to tax the car to drive it away and was told they had taxed it until October. This was not the case. I tried to put a private plate on when the log book came through and dvla would not allow it as the car was not taxed and hadn't been since April. Also on the advert for the car it stated that some service history was with it. However only after signing for it and just as was getting the keys handed to me he decided to tell me the car came with no service history and also they did not have a log book ( they did pay to get a new logbook). Once I found out I had no tax I talked the car straight away and rang the garage. They was very unhelpful and tried saying that they told me it had no tax. They did not tell me this and in fact gave me a print out stating it was taxed. If you are thinking of buying from here make sure you get all the information before signing

Great experience. I don't have the best credit but Briparks secured my finance and I drove away in a lovely new car within a few days. The staff at Hyde were friendly and helpful and ensured my car was washed and valeted before I drove away. I would definitely recommend this company even if you have not so perfect credit, I had been declined by many companies but Briparks were able to help. Thank you.

I was very apprehensive at first, due to my credit rating but everything was as advised over the phone. The staff at Bripark were more than helpful. They even sourced a wing mirror for the car we drove down in. Above and beyond. Great firm.
