Wish I’d read the reviews first , nothing like the photos , cheap chinese made t shirt , claimed to be a uk company and 2 days despatch , offer refunds in the advert then when you try to get a refund , 20% off then half back and keep it . I’d had never of bought if I knew it was coming from china . False advertising!!!

This is probably the worst purchase of my life so far.
I bought 3 x shirts during May and was told delivery before the world cup started.
I've just received them!
I can't even throw them in the bin they're so bad.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
They're supposed to be manufactured in the UK but they actually come from China. The pictures show embroidered patches but the shirts have been stamped with the badges - and NOT a very good stamp!
RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF.
Tried calling their number but it's not recognised. Tried Email but no reply.
I think I'll sneak out and burn them somewhere so I don't have to face the bin men.

T shirt was advertised as embroidered but a poor quality printed item arrived. Not holding my breath for a refund or correct item to be delivered. Please do not buy from these scam merchants!

Company was contacted regarding lenght of time to receive the order, I had paid for express shipping but took 17 days to arrive. Requested a refund on shipping costs which was ignored. Given the excuse it was at customs, I see several other reviews had the same lies told. They obviously offer the express shipping but its a lie.
When it did arrive was rubbish, especially the baseball cap, thin, flimsy nylon.
Waste of time and money as they did nothing about it but still wanted a review.
Dont bother ordering from this site.

Emails were not helpful at all.
Was told another parcel was sent, it was not.
The fact you charge £14.99 for express shipping is just completely disregarded when contact is made.
Going by other reviews your company is well aware of this but not interested. My refund request for shipping was ignored.

If you are UK based please do not waste your time by ordering from here. It's not UK based, I've waited for over 1 week for delivery despite the website saying 24hr dispatch from UK warehouse and customer service are saying it's arrived at Shanghai airport and will be another 3 -5 days before it's with me. Waste of money!!!!

Came From China Via Khazhakstan not UK as Advertised

Placed order 2.6 and was informed should take a week! Need for the game on Saturday so e-mailed and told held at customs so would send out again! Not happy and asked for a refund, never been back in touch!

already wore it out, and the trim around the collar is what sold me first. the plaid placement is a little louder in person than i expected, but the fabric hangs nicely and the sleeves don’t twist after a few hours. not a stiff tee, more of a soft drape feel.

You think you order from Britain , but its shipped directly from china and is very poor Quality

It’s not uk based or made in the uk it’s from China

I was wondering why it is taking so long for my items to be delivered from a company that says all products are made in the UK. I tracked the order to find that it is being shipped from China. There is no way I would order products that are being shipped from China and have no UK-based customer service. I just know I have lost my money. Fuming!!!

This company is a complete scam, they are not in the uk, the pictures and description is nothing
Like what is advertised. I brought a polo shirt paying nearly £30 for it and had I seen this in a shop I would never have brought it, it’s very cheaply made and very poor quality. i asked for my money back and they told me that the international return would be very costly for me, and would take over a month. They have told me they will give me a refund of £16 so let’s see if that comes. Very unhappy customer. 

Scammers and thieves. They say their product is British made. It is not. It comes direct from China and is of cheap manufacture, material and printing. When attempting to return goods they suggest, due to cost of return postage, you keep the shirts and give them to friends and family as gifts. They require photos and videos of the problem. Even when supplied with these they refuse refund.

don't buy from these guys. there website advertises Made in the UK and 24 hr Despatch.
This is all lies, it comes from Asia and takes weeks to arrive, plus their aftersales is rubbish and uncaring. if i could give a minus rating i would.
