The fitting went very well indeed and I am so pleased with the front door. It has completely transformed the entry way and I have had so many compliments!
This is the 2nd time I have used Britannia for double glazing.

Apart from the quality & value of the products, the main attributes of this branch of Britannia W&D; are the employees, and at the sharp end of installation are the ‘nothing is too much trouble’ fitters themselves.

Do not take advice or recommendations from the salesperson!

ALWAYS make sure they are equipped with the physical colour swatches at point of sale.
(We weren’t provided with swatches and the company refuse to take any responsibility for the colour of the door we ordered!)

The attitude from staff in the office is truly appalling, childish and totally unprofessional.

We are now stuck with a door that cost over £1600 which looks ridiculous!!!!

We had a very positive experience with Britannia windows, everything from initial consultation through to fit and after care has been faultless.
We chose the triple glazed units for our house and the quality is extremely high.
We were kept up to date on the progress of our order throughout and always felt like we were in good hands.
I genuinely cannot recommend Britannia windows enough.

Britannia Windows were amazing. Easy to do business with, fantastic products at an exceptional price which offered really great value for money. The two fitters Jamie and Paul were very professional, left the property clean and tidy and updated us on every aspect of the work. We could not believe how quickly they fitted the door and windows and what a difference it made to our property. In addition the after sale service was exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Britannia windows and will certainly use them in the future. Thank you so much.

No customer service from this company... Beware of any issues because they ignore them regardless. Ive been contacting this set up for 3 months as you can imagine a Front Door not locking properly is a major safety issue. Very very poor. This is no way to run a business.

From beginning to end, my experience with Britannia Windows has been exceptional. The process started with a home visit from the manager, who provided an in‑depth explanation of all the options available and gave me a clear, fair quote right there on the spot. The pricing felt very reasonable, especially considering that Britannia manufacture their own windows, which puts them firmly in what I’d call the mid‑range price bracket with a top‑range result.

The surveyor who came out next was just as impressive — friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Every step felt organised and straightforward, including the payment process, which was simple and stress‑free.

On installation day, the high standard continued. The fitters were super friendly, extremely professional, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy. The final finish is fantastic — the workmanship is excellent, and I’m genuinely delighted with the end result.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Britannia Windows to anyone. They’ve been brilliant from start to finish, and the quality of the product speaks for itself.

Replacing all of our single glazed windows and doors is something we have been saving for over four and a half years, and it was not a decision we took lightly. After much deliberation, we chose Britannia Windows, largely due to the outstanding service we received from Paul at the Rose Green branch.
From the outset, Paul treated both my wife and me with genuine care and professionalism. His manner, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile were second to none. He was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and even took additional steps to ensure we could have the exact door we wanted, despite it not being a standard stock item. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Paul is a real asset to your business.
I would also like to give the highest possible praise to Joe and Reece, who carried out the installation work. Allowing any work team into your home can naturally feel unsettling, as you never know what standard of workmanship or finish you are going to receive. However, we had absolutely no cause for concern.
Joe and Reece were exemplary in every possible way. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about the quality of their work. The level of finish throughout our home is truly top-notch. I can honestly say that I would not want any other team carrying out work in my house.
Each day they arrived promptly, were consistently polite and professional, and worked incredibly hard. They almost had to be reminded to stop for a well-deserved cup of tea and biscuits. At the end of every day, everything was left clean and tidy, to the extent that you would hardly know work had been carried out.
They are a phenomenal team, and I cannot recommend or praise them highly enough.

Good quality doors installed to a high standard.

Just had Britannia Windows to fit six windows , they look fab , so happy with them. Jamie who fitted them did a fantastic job, He was brilliant worked really hard . After getting a few quotes from other companies found Britannia the most competitive and really glad I went with them . All the staff I dealt with were really friendly and helpful. Happy with my new windows would highly recommend 😀

I was very impressed by Britannia as they kept me informed on each stage, they arrived on the day and time they were ment to. The quality of the work was excellent and the fitter was very polite and respected my property he cleared up any mess and left my property clean and tidy. I would defiantly recommend Britannia Windows.

The workmen were very professional and friendly. They arrived when they said they would.They installed the windows quickly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption. They respected my property and put down sheeting to protect the carpets. They cleared everything away when finished. Nothing was damaged or marked. The windows look great. Excellent work. I am very satisfied with this company.

Very reliable family owned company, I asked for a quotation for a new front door and they contacted me in 5 minutes. We met Paul Wilkinson today who was very professional, kind and constructive. We got our quotation in 30 mins and we were very happy with it! Thank you!

Avoid at all costs!!

After being rescheduled once (because the fitter who turned up didn’t have a ladder on this van) they then tried to reschedule our install again. When I said this was unacceptable (baring in mind we paid our deposit in September and this was now December) they did turn up just to tell us they were unable install even after the surveys!

At this point they have had our deposit for 4 months and our other payment for a month.

We were then told on the 18th December we would get a refund. This has still not happened and we are at the end of January!

They have been ignoring our phone calls and emails and it has been very difficult to get hold of anybody and we have chased countless times! There is also a manager who is supposed to be dealing with our complaint who apparently won’t speak to customers directly!

Do not give this company your money the customer service is terrible and even one of their own fitters told me I would be better off shopping else where !!

Great experience from start to finish. The door was manufactured in about a month and installed very quickly. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. We’re very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them to others. Roman Pushkarov

I had a composite door fitted. After 5 years, I claimed on the 10 year warranty for a new seal on the bottom of the door and they replaced it. The same seal broke after 3 years and they refused to replace it saying it was not covered. The cost of the new door seal and fitting was £300. I wrote to them and never got a reply. I decided to have the door replaced by another company. When the Brittania windows door was removed, newspaper was found stuffed into the cavity. This is a very shoddy company that refuses to carry out warranty work and does a shoddy job at fitting doors. Not to be trusted
