Bad business
I recently received a pre-approval letter from BriteCap Financial LLC for a Platinum Business Account with a $300,000 credit line. It might sounded promising to some - until they noticed the glaring issue. They addressed this offer to a name entirely unrelated to my company, with a card included and three “easy” ways to activate it under this unknown name.
This kind of careless mass mailing is not only a waste of my time but also a risk to my credit. Why would I trust a financial institution that can’t even get my business’s name right? It raises questions about their accuracy, privacy practices, and overall professionalism.
If BriteCap can’t handle simple details, how can anyone trust them with serious financial matters? This isn’t just junk mail—it’s a sign of sloppy practices that I want no part of.

FRAUD, FRAUD AND MORE FRAUD
I received a letter stating that my application was denied. How can my application be denied when I never filled out a application for credit or a loan? If I wanted a loan it will not be with bright capital. I will contact the FTC and the DOJ

I had a great experience working with BriteCap, I needed a loan for a food stand I was setting up. BriteCap was very helpful, I was able to talk to a live representative you helped me throughout the process and kept me updated as the paperwork was being processed. Loan can be tricky and I had a great experience with BriteCap Financial.

How do you send a pre-approval letter…
How do you send a pre-approval letter without first checking any credit? how is anyone pre-approved specially since my credit is always locked, so the company had no idea where my credit stood before hand. The “last thing” you say? That’s exactly what happened. You send these letters of approval to run peoples credit under false pretenses. If I wanted to devote some of my time I would sue BriteCap…and if I’m sent another so called “letter of pre approval” I will have this company BriteCap in court wasting its time and pre-approval money in court, just because I can. Play with me. Your employee person/consultant should have picked up the phone to call me and relay the news rather than send me an impersonal email, We were communicating via phone throughout conducting business, how old are your employees?
I have already unsubscribed
I pray you don’t send me anymore letters because I will be a problem for your companies poor business model to rope people in.

Unhelpful and Unprofessional
We received a preapproval letter from this company.
I called to tell them that the person on the letter was unknown to us and has been not associated with our company. Not one of the three employees that I spoke with would help with resolving this issue. They would not allow me to speak to their fraud department or a supervisor. I was told not to worry about it because...... Well sorry I am going to worry about weather someone is attempting to use my name or my companies name illegally.

Below what you wrote is total LIE. Brite Cap Financial is not 20 years old and you can find that on corp lookup. You have changed names multiple times to scam people. My Elderly dad has been one of them by so called JON. O' Blanda which I send all his emails and payments to state of California Board and filled a compliant with a local DA and soon will be reported to TV stations too.
