Needed a fair amount of carpet underlay for a building project and they had the most competitive price I could find online so was initially a bit worried but everything went super smoothly. After placing the order, I was contacted by phone to agree a delivery date that suits and warned that their insurance will not permit them to bring the underlay inside (which we were aware of anyway). Delivery showed up on time and goods were as expected.

Purchased 12mm Plushwalk underlay. Very happy. Completely lives up to expectations - it’s made a relatively thin bedroom carpet feel like a thick luxury carpet! Easy to cut to size and fit ourselves. Would buy from British Flooring again - delivered next day as agreed.

The order was delivered promptly (and very well packaged) and whilst unfortunately the item was not quite as expected the issue was fully resolved quickly. Excellent customer service so I would highly recommend.

Placed a order Friday for some underfloor heating underlay and arrived Monday midday
Got a tracking number with estimated delivery time aswell
Great service from beginning to end
Will definitely be using again in the future

Ordered here on a Thursday night then read the reviews and thought oh no, so I called straight away and they confirmed my order would go out Friday. I paid for next day delivery however it didn't arrive Saturday but arrived first thing Monday. Can't fault it! Great underlay at an even better price.
Just wanted to put a review as everyone reviews when it's bad but not when it's good.

Lady on the phone was lovely and polite and honestly the price I paid and the quality I don't mind it didn't turn up Saturday.

Terrible company and bad quality of flooring. We ordered laminate flooring just before Christmas. Delivery was very quick but that's as far as my positive feedback can go for this company! The batch seems to be faulty.Our joiner came to fit it and he couldn't as the boards are NOT straight. I contacted the company, sent pics, video.They came back to say that they can't see any gabs!! And if I need to return will need to cover the cost myself. Well I have no other option but to go to small claim court.
Definitely NOT RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY!

I wanted to write a review because I had seen a few other negative ones regarding delivery. I always use trust pilot to research a company before I buy a product so do like to leave a review when I've had a positive experience.

Ordered my underlay on Sunday and it was with me by 11:30 on Tuesday morning. Called customer services on Monday just to double check when it would be dispatched and the call was handed well by the customer service team.

I actually had a call back from the customer service team at lunch time just to confirm that the parcel had been delivered. Great service.

Product was very reasonably priced compared to other competitors. One of the only places that I could buy a 10m2 roll of the particular product I wanted.

Would definitely use again.

There were a few bad reviews of this site but I had a great experience. Placed an order, was dispatched within 2 hrs and arrived next morning.

Read the negative reviews and was slightly concerned. I called the business up to double check and the women I spoke with was very reassuring and professional so I went ahead with the order.

Underlay ordered for work happening on Friday, ordered next day delivery and it has already been received this morning.

Although the reviews are concerning, you don't always comment if things go right, but when they go wrong its the first thing you do!

This company is very efficient and I thank them for sorting my order so promptly.

Having read the reviews for this company I was a little hesitant making a purchase, but happily everything went fine, great product delivered quickly.

Great service would have given 5 stars if a tracking email had been sent when purchased, but a phone call spoke to a lovely friendly lady who gave me the tracking details and was able to get 2 rolls sorted ready for the fitter, also had a follow up call to check I had received the items.

Ordered underlay and opted for 48 hrs delivery. I received no confirmation whatsoever from the retailer. I was left with PayPal email as the only proof. Two days later I called the British Flooring to ask, and they sent me tracking numbers for my order but no explanation for why no confirmation never mind an apology.

It's now three days and no delivery. There's been no movement in the Yodel tracking and the items are not even out for delivery. My experience tell me the tracking numbers may be fake. Yodel itself has no one you can contact.

I booked a workman for tomorrow. That will now have to be cancelled.

An order for underlay was placed on Saturday morning and was out for delivery Tuesday with DPD.

Can't fault the service.

Underlay price was very competitive and packed well.
Arrived in a timely manner.
I will be using british-flooring.co.uk (Luxury Home Decor ltd.) for future flooring projects.

I have the same issue as the previous customers mentioned about the delivery. I ordered 48 hours delivery and it did not happen. I had to drive miles away to another shop as workmen were coming to lay the flooring. When I called to chase customer service said 48 hours delivery is only when the item is dispatched. So how am I suppose to know their internal affairs how long they take to dispatch? It could be an hour and it could be a week.
Having cancelled my item before Yodel was delivering I was told that refund was issued, but it has been nearly 2 months and I am still chasing. Do not trust this company as they say one and do another or don't do...

Ordered underlay and tape, it arrived a day early. After I purchased online my wife read reviews and thought this was a scam or the product wouldn't arrive, it was delivered by Yodel which is abit hit and miss so that could be why orders are not getting delivered.

Underlay ordered Sat 17th - paid for next day delivery. Allowing for weekend and Queen's funeral expected it on Wed 21st. Did not arrive, checked Yodel tracking...expected Friday 23rd! As carpet fitter coming 9am Fri, this was no good. British flooring tried chasing up Yodel, but could not bring delivery forward. They refunded all my payment so that was easy, but why advertise next day delivery if cannot be fulfilled in even 48hours. Maybe this is Yodel's fault??

Bought 45sqm underlay last week. One week later it still hasn't arrived and their courier has made the excuse they couldn't find the house??? They then claimed they'd delivered it when they hadn't??? We are now having to push the carpet delivery back a month due to limited slots. Thanks a bunch British-flooring - please don't buy from this shower.

I bought a roll of underlay joining tape from this website for £12.38 (£6.98 plus £5.40 delivery) as the photo showed a better quality product than the usual gaffer tape I use. What I received was just the usual gaffer tape that I could have bought from Screwfix for £3.52. I complained and a refund was offered for the item, but no refund for any postage costs (neither the initial £5.40 postage or the £4 it would cost me to send it back using tracked post) so I didn’t bother.

I left feedback on their website two weeks ago saying all this, but after a few days my feedback was removed so now I’m putting it on Trustpilot for all to see. I also asked them to change the photo on the website so that no one else would buy this tape expecting a better quality item. This has not yet been done.
