The pillow stinks of strong chemicals also it says the “British” pillow Company it took ages to be delivered from China!!!! So not British at all……

The pillow it self is to soft and I’ve had to give up and return to my old ways

If i could give this company zero I would. DO NOT TOUCH IT. I placed an order and have heard nothing despite phone calls, Emails. Basically took my money and now cannot get my goods of my money back. AVOID!!!

Ordering and delivery was fine. A great night sleep, but the foam smells. Have had to spray with fabric spray.

If I could give zero stars I would! 2 pillows ordered 2nd February & still waiting for any delivery 3 weeks later. I have tried telephoning them nothing, used their website to contact them nothing, SMS messaged them nothing. The tracking detail has not been updated since 2nd February & is marked as 48 hour tracked delivery. These items were a wedding gift & they have now had to go without them - thank you so very much. I am now talking to my bank as this is now a fraud case & I am seeking a refund. Complete waste of my time - please don't waste yours with these people!!

Ordered pillows arrived a week later, they smell of plastic, it must be the foam inside, not happy contacted them to be told to let them air and the smell should go away. Contacted them 3 times now by email and not getting reply’s. Suppost to have a 30 day money back guarantee, but no one replies confirming howto return and get refund.very disappointed.

Received my pillow it’s in perfect condition feels & is a nice quality. Plenty of tracking up dates did take 2 weeks to arrive but it arrived and was delivered by Royal Mail. Look forward to trying it and seeing if it improves my neck pain. Was abit skeptical after I ordered as I decided to read the reviews after ordering but overall a good experience and didn’t have any issues

I emailed them regarding my delivery to no reply.

My pillow has arrived now and so far happy with it.

It's a shame about the customer service.

Ordered two pillows a few months ago, loved them. This one is like a cheap copy, not at all happy and will be putting in a complaint .

i bought my first Contour Relief Pillow in November last year. It took a couple of nights to get used to the difference, but now i certainly sleep better and am able to side-sleep much more comfortably and do not wake up with an aching neck! So, a real success for me.

Great pillow had a really comfortable sleep

After ordering, I heard nothing about delivery. I emailed twice, rang 3 times - no response. I wasn't in a hurry just needed to know a day. It arrive 8 days after ordering via Royal mail. The tracking system didn't work until the day before delivery. The pillow is as described, I tried it last night it seemed comfy for my neck and shoulder, however, I woke up snoring ! I don't snore usually, most odd. I'll see how it goes over the next week, fingers crossed it helps.

I have just travelled longhaul from London to Sydney. Using my lovely new neck pillow has been a game changer! I actually slept comfortably on the plane for the first time ever!

Since these pillows have never arrived, I can not give a review. They might have been despatched on 4th Jan, but 10 days later they are still showing as in transit somewhere. Very disappointed

Took a while to get here I'll review again once I have skep on it for a week

If I could give zero stars I would. Product terrible. No support, too soft and generally really rubbish! Zero customer service. Ended up going through PayPal to get a refund as the company made no attempt to respond to any emails/return requests. Please save your money!!

This is the first time I have used a pillow this shape. It is really comfortable and my head and neck now feel better supported when lying on my back or on the side. I had read some negative reviews about it, but I think it's a great shape and size and I would thoroughly recommend.

Poor customer service. They do not reply to emails or respond to messages sent via their website. Also tried calling, after leaving message still no contact. My pillow has not arrived as yet over 3 weeks now. Don't hold much hope in returning should I need to. That's if I ever receive it!!

It took a time for the pillows to come but they are very good and I am happy with them.

Not great to be honest, like laying your head on polystyrene.
