Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Two items were missing from my order (Chocolate Coated Raisins and 1kg Broken Cashew Nut Pieces). I have sent three to four emails and also made a complaint, but I have received no response at all. Poor customer service and lack of communication. I expected much better.
