This item is lovely, especially during this hot weather. The only thing I would say is packaging could be more substantial although the item was fine.

I'm very happy with my neck fan. It works really well.

Very poor service. My parcel has gone missing, and the courier has confirmed this and apologised. Despite that, the shop has done nothing to arrange either a refund or a replacement. I haven’t received any communication from them whatsoever, even after I contacted them about the issue. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Delivering what is promised

Seems a very good product haven't tried it, delivery was very informative.

A bit fiditly thought it would have more grip

Delivers was routes from China to UK via USA! and took forever to arrive. Seller did send many tracing details but I would not buy from this company again as product arrived too late for the purpose i had ordered!

Excellent quality tools. I am delighted with them.

I used these floor clean sheets the day they arrived and they were brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!
You just place one sheet into about 3 litres of water and once dissolved you simply mop your floors.
The entire super cleanliness of my floors were done quickly.
Highly recommended to everyone needing clean floors!

This is simply a compact fan according to the details on the packaging. There is no reference to ,"ice cooling", and it simply moves hot air around. Your promotion on Facebook is misleading. A little more honesty would improve your reputation.

It arrived earlier than I thought it was going to.
Haven’t tried it in the car yet but have my doubts that my phone an IPhone XR
will stay in the mount.

I have only just inserted the car phone holder onto my dashboard in the car! I have yet to use it functionally but it arrived in one piece and I feel sure it will be useful.

No problems

It is powerful but I bought it because it advertised having a cool button turning it into an AC and the one I received doesn't. Also it doesn't sit properly on my Sun visor in the car.

Product works well and as expected. Good delivery time.

Great communication, I had a problem with payment which was sorted quickly and easily. The bra itself is a good fit, the only downside is that the straps at the back dig in and are very irritating
