I have two straps from them and the quality and value for money is really great! Also, when I wasn't completely satisfied with the sizing of one of the straps I ordered, their customer service was very forthcoming and supportive. Can highly recommend this company and will definitely purchase from them again when I need a new camera strap!
I’m extremely happy with my "Roma #101 - Black Leather camera strap" I bought recently. The leather is premium quality, feels great in the hand, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. It matches my Fujifilm X-E5 perfectly and looks like it was made specifically for this camera. It’s comfortable to wear, secure, and gives the whole setup a very elegant feel.
I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. While installing the strap, I accidentally damaged one of the attachment rings. I contacted Bronkey, and they sent me two replacement rings free of charge. The support was friendly, responsive.
I highly recommend Bronkey to anyone looking for a premium camera strap.
Have Camera strap and after 4 Years the Carabiner hook was broken. CAMERA DAMAGED proposal from Brokey "buy a new one the quality has improved" bad quality not worth the money
I bought a strap for a camera from this company in March, when I received it it seemed to be of good quality and at the time I was happy... after 6 months some parts are full of rust which was not supposed to be.
I contacted the customer support which replied that their products don't have problems with rust and that it was a problem with usage (I bought the product to use), the solution they gave me was to put a grease remover, that's what I did and the most I managed to do was damage the leather of the product...
My initial question was only if it was normal for these situations to occur and to be reassured when walking with extremely expensive material with the strap, but I just found out that this company is perfect and the only problem is using their products, but I learned my lesson and I won't buy products that I can't use again.
