0 help... NO customer service. husbands' shoes were too small, so we wanted to return and get a refund. the only way to contact this company is through email, that is undeliverable. so we are stuck with the 55 dollar shoes didn't even get offered b1g1 deal.. uggghhhh.... so frustrating!!!!!

It was terrible. I received my grounding shoes and the free pair. Sounds great. Right? However, I never received the free socks and insoles that were promised. Order number 53419. I have unsuccessfully emailed Max many times and he promised he would ship them. He has not! My first complaint was Sept. 27,2025. My emails to Bronoir are sent back as undeliverable.

Compré estás zapatillas confiando en que serían estupendas, la verdad es que son cómodas y vas como si fueras descalzo, pero me he sentido engañado ya que no llevan el cobre que anuncian, me di cuenta cuando mi hermano pidió unas y se ve perfectamente el cobre. Les envié un correo quejándome de lo que me pareció un engaño, el 21 de enero me contestaron diciéndome que lo sentían y me reembolsarían el dinero, hoy 7 de abril no existe ningún reembolso, aunque dicen que lo han hecho, en el banco me dicen que no hay nada.
Me parece un fraude y me duele haber tirado mi dinero

I have never received my last order from December. I have tried to send an email to support have they come back as undeliverable.

Fantastic foot wear. I’ve had mine for over a year. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair which I have not worn yet. Due to the fact I’ve done over 6000 miles with the first pair. The only thing that’s showing wear is the copper inserts almost all gone. I’ve hiked mountains and lots of walking. They don’t keep the feet warm but that’s ok! Just put some socks on good to go. Also they are not water proof but that’s ok to. Your feet aren’t waterproof either so take that!

I cant be happier!! I got 2 pairs of orthopedic shoes, 3 pairs of inserts,and a free carry bag. It took 2 weeks to get them but definitely worth the weight. These shoes are super light and comfortable and I got all of this for 80 bucks. Thats it!! 80 bucks. Highly recommend

Flex style shoe was terribly uncomfortable, made pressure points on the tops of my feet after only 10 minutes (and I don't even have high arches). THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have left a message on their website contact page, emailed the provided address in the contact us section, and emailed another address provided during shipping. All returned as undeliverable.
Shoe sucks and company is garbage.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Gather your information and report it.

This is a scam company that will take your money. I don't think you can trust any of the good reviews on here.

I recently received a pair of shoes that do not fit. I have tried sending the company an email, to multiple addresses, all of which bounce back, saying they are unable to send. According to the refund policy, you have 30 days to return, which is all fine and dandy, if you could actually get in touch with someone.

Scam company 100%! Ordered 3 pair and insoles two months ago. They supposedly shipped but to the wrong address and post office returned. Have repeatedly sent emails and they never go through. Money is gone and I got absolutely nothing with no way to contact them!

The shoes I ordered are painful for my arthritic toe, for which I’m having a hard time finding shoes. I’ve sent three emails requesting a return and keep getting an “undeliverable” message. Does this company have a legitimate email or phone number? I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.

Best shoes I have owned. This is the first time my feet have had the room to move and not be so sore.

Half my Order didn't turn up. Then accused of being a liar, shame I had to give 1 star really. Wouldn't waste my money on these people ever again. Last time I heard from them, my Order was up for review, that was a couple of months ago, and I never heard from them again 😕

Over 4 weeks shipping, nice looking footwear but very flimsy, no support and customer service nonexistent. Anything with Shopify I would not trust ever again.

They've become my go-to shoes for short walks. I trust them to be comfortable even if I'm out for longer than planned.

Comfortable right out of the box. No break-in period, which was a relief since most shoes need a few days.

Bought a pair for my husband and he likes them as well. He wears them around the house and while running errands, and says they're the most comfortable casual shoes he owns.

Shoe broke the first time I wore it. At first company said they would send replacement...2 months later still no replacement. I asked for a refund and just started getting the run around. I ordered the shoes back in Sept. and still trying to get my money back. Oh and they changed their webpage to tryBronoir.com. Just don't buy from them...horrible company!
