I recently sold my house and David from Brophy Cusack provided an exceptional service. He promised a personal service and I certainly got that from valuation to closing. David was incredibly helpful and professional and nothing was too much for him. He was at the end of the phone to answer any question I had. What really set him apart was his regular and consistent feedback especially after every viewing- I never had to chase him for updates. Prospective buyers would only have left the viewing and David would be in touch with an update, he really took the stress out of selling! He used his invaluable knowledge of the local market to get things moving quickly. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell.

We also bought our new home through David and again thanks to him it was a seamless process.

I dealt with Brophy Cusack for the the purchase of my house and then the resale of it 2 1/2 years later. I dealt with Jeffrey both times and found him to be helpful, flexible and approachable. They use an excellent photographer and were quick to advertise the house once we decided to sell.
