Awesome csgo servers, best in the game!

Been playing on this server for about a year now and never had any issues with any of the players nor the staff team, I recently got false automated ban and the staff solved the issue within 48hours. The only thing I'll say is that sometimes the server gets a little laggy just because the amount of players are playing on it. Other than that best servers on the community page.

Was very happy with the customer service. Great servers.

I am new to this, so I need to learn a lot of things but support team is slow or not providing tutorials.

Had a good experience while purchasing and admins were helpful

I paid for VIP of both retake servers 1 and 2 (110Rs.) but in game, it doesn't show VIP on retake server 1 and I'm unable to connect when it is full.

One of the best service provider of platforms to host your own game server (i hosted for CSGO). The owner is very approachable and helpful, even at times which are outside of general work hours. As a beginner, the the owner takes the time to guide you on how to go about managing the settings and playing with friends. It is also extremely pocket-friendly. 10/10 recommend and will always use their services. - sin

The owner was super helpful in completing the purchase order within an hour of purchasing. He takes you through the process, and is patient to help you understand how to do anything. The discord channel is also extremely easy to use + regulated with proper forums and channels for topics. 10/10 recommend.

Bruh owner is not the only guy who has a life. Trust me, I work 9 hours a day as well, I manage my family too! Along with that, I know how to take an action when it comes to the gaming community's abusive behavior. But for that, the people who have authority should provide the ONLY Female player with some sort of authority to handle situations regarding the unhealthy abusive community when the owner is looking out for his life and family :D

I've been playing since 2015, didn't need a guide on how to mute people on the server. Thanks but no, thanks, teacher! xD

Friendly suggestion: Learn how to stand for a person requesting help from you. Mujhe apki jayedaad nahi chahye thi xD Bas utni power chahye thi jisse AAPKE server ka environment TOXIC ke bajaye CLEAN rahay! But clearly, you had your own lame reasons regarding the Previous Admin and his betreyal.

I am not going to waste my time over here any more than it already had been wasted along with a huge load of VIP purchases that I always used to have so no one could KICK ME. :)
I bet I still have the 1 Year VIP over there (Mumbai retakes) because it was a birthday gift from KingKong to me.

Anyways, you should cater a complaint professionally instead of being hurt and throwing video guide links in response on how to mute a player xD Try to have the decency to take action which is necessary when it comes to the respect of the ONLY FEMALE GAMER on your Mumbai Retake Server.

P.S.. I'm not the only one who complains about the toxic behavior happening in your servers. There are other players too who'd vouch for me on this one! And trust me, they have left playing on your server for good as well. It's nobody's "Dream" to play there buddy.
