I ordered two gorgeous glass mirrors with a green glass border to go over our ‘his & hers’ sinks in our new bathroom.

Unfortunately, one of the mirrors was damaged in transit and I contacted Brown & Ginger to let them know. They replied very promptly and were able to resolve this issue for me extremely quickly! I am so happy with the customer service I received and I will most definitely be shopping here again.

I purchased an Orange gnome as a present for a friend. Until I saw it online I never knew such a thing existed but strangely enough I’m delighted with it. Can’t fault the product or service I received and great fast tracked delivery so I’m a happy customer .

I’ve ordered a few items from Brown and Ginger and I’ve been really happy with the delivery speed and the quality of items. I recently ordered the silver monkey holding a banana resin candlestick. This was glittery as heck!! Shed glitter EVERYWHERE so I had to spray it with matte varnish to stop it happening since I didn’t want to be finding glitter in every corner of my room forever more. I think it might have been good to know about the glitter before I purchased!

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service of Brown and Ginger when recently purchasing a desk ! Jo and Freya gave amazing customer service when we were asking them to video the desk as we live so many miles away ! The desk was for my son , so he wanted to be reassured about a couple of things but was duly reassured. Jo was in contact immediately when had questions about delivery and when desk arrived, on time and when was due. Was really pleased with item! It is super cool 😎

I ordered a side table on the 18/04/26(Saturday) and I did not expect it to arrive on 21/04/26 as the order was placed over the weekend. As stated on the site it did arrive, very well packaged and on time! Great customer service and genuinely worth the 5 stars ratings. I will not hesitate to use this firm again.

I am absolutely 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 with my purchase from Brown & Ginger. From the moment I discovered their site to the second I unwrapped my gorgeous new David ice cream sculpture, the whole experience was a joy.

The piece itself is even better in real life — quirky, unexpected, and utterly charming. I ordered the most magnificent giraffe lamp and a few days later was asked to pick a delivery day which I did. My purchase was delivered on such a rainy and windy day and was packaged exceptionally. I cannot rate this company enough, I will definitely be a life long customer.

Just purchased large giraffe floor lamp. Customer service was great with delivery arranged promptly and item delivered within the timescale advertised. Lamp is gorgeous, great quality and looks perfect in his new home.

Excellent communication lovely lady, I bought the green drawers. They look gorgeous in my sons bedroom they quality is amazing.
