Poco da dire, estremamente deluso per i tempi di spedizione pubblicizzati in modo diverso e positivo, ti reindirizzano al tracking che risulta sempre fermo dopo 7 giorni e gli operatori non sanno cosa risponderti inoltre non e' che abbiano prezzi convenienti, ho trovato (ahime') lo stesso articolo su nota pèiattaforma a prezzo inferiore e con consegna il giorno successivo...Cosa dire, sbagliando s'impara. Se intendete acquistare da loro fidandovi dai tempi di spedizione da loro proposti....Statene alla larga se potete, date retta!!

No se les ocurra comprar nada a esta gente en Brownells Iberica España.El responsable se llama David Corral.Trato nefasto y prepotente con el cliente,no cumplen con los tiempos de entrega,tras quejarte al pasar semanas te dicen que con suerte en unos meses te llega tu pedido y que si quieres te cancelan tu pedido,lo hacen pero no te devuelven el dinero.No te dan explicaciones y no contestan a tus emails.

What a horrific experience. Ordered an item for a customer and paid same day by bank transfer. Money left the account the next day. A week later order still says payment pending. I send an email to customer support...ignored. send another, and another, 5 in total all ignored. After 2 weeks and still no response, order still pending payment, I send one more email.ail telling g them I am going to file fraud charges with the bank, then they respond. They actually lie and say there was a transmission error(I checked, there wasn't). They now refuse to expedite the shipping. What a joke of a company, complete opposite of the State side Brownells. Useless.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 04 gennaio 2026 di due piastre per una pressa Lee. L'ordine è stato spedito il 06 gennaio. Alla data del 28 gennaio ancora il pacchetto non è stato consegnato allo spedizioniere scelto da loro Brt. Ho inviato numerosi messaggi per avere spiegazioni ma ho ricevuto solo delle prese in giro su ritardi aerei e altro. Non acquisterò mai più nulla, nè io nè i miei collaboratori, da questa ditta poco seria.

Bestilte en vare for 2-3 måneder siden, fikk ikke høre noe før jeg plutselig ble informert om at varen var utgått... ikke mulig å skaffe, var ikke interesert i ekstra rabatt som kompensasjon for den latterlige lange ventetiden eller for at de ikke hadde kontaktet meg. Drittservice fra Brownells Norge/Europe......

Ho ordinato 2 prodotti, uno presente in Italia l'altro negli Stati Uniti, mi è stato comunicato che ci sarebbero voluti circa 20 gg.
Ho dimenticato di lasciare una nota importante per il corriere Ho inviato una mail e, la Signorina (GENTILISSIMA) mi ha risposto in 12 ore e ,aggiunto la mia richiesta. Per me sono stati molto efficienti. Il mio ordine ha rispettato i tempi previsti. I prodotti acquistati sono di qualità, perfettamente esatti! Farò altri acquisti. Sito consigliato.

Soddisfatto sia del prodotto, che del prezzo competitivo del prodotto in offerta , consegna piuttosto veloce considerando che é partita dai magazzini tedeschi.

Commande passée sur Brownells Deutschland un article sur les 2 livré l’autre jamais livré pourtant debité malgré plusieurs relances. Site malhonnête à éviter.

20 jours que j'attends mon colis, même pas sûr qu'il ait été envoyé. Ce n'est pas un site de confiance, je saurai le faire savoir.

Efter att ha läst de tämligen svala recensionerna här på Trustpilot så drog jag mig något från att beställa men eftersom varan inte fanns någon annanstans så tog jag en chansning. Varan anlände på tre dagar från EU-lagret. Det som drar ner från 5 till 4 stjärnor är att spårningslänken på ”mina sidor” inte fungerar. Ej behövt kontakt med kundtjänst så den upplevelsen betygsätts ej.

If I could have given no stars I would have. I placed an order through Brownells UK June 2025 and we are now approaching August 2025 and I have received/heard nothing from Brownells.
I was set to make a much bigger order but will certainly not be doing that now. I would not recommend this company.

Il materiale è arrivato in tempi brevissimi ,si è presentato come da descrizione ,prezzo buono ,non saprei di cosa lamentarmi

I placed my first order with Brownells UK recently.
I check Trustpilot every time I use a new company & was very nervous looking at other reviews, however, Brownells were the only company in the UK that could supply all of the parts I wanted from the US
I am delighted to report my parts arrived the 9th working day after order placement. Brownells quote 7-10 working days.
The order & tracking process was faultless, Brownells explain that the detailed tracking only shows once the parcel is scanned into the delivery agents system, so nothing exciting until the day before delivery.
Brownells handle all of the duty, vat and delivery agent fees for a cost of £5.99 for orders under £200, over this amount it's foc. Anyone who has purchased direct from the US will understand this is a bargain.
So in conclusion I was delighted with my purchase from Brownells and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

9 working days from order to delivery from the US warehouse (including customs etc).
Was a bit worried because of negative reviews and the fact that calls are never attended. Emailed to sales@, got a prompt response from Victoria. So, all very good.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Brownells UK. I placed an order over a month ago, expecting delivery within the advertised 7-10 days. The order was placed in London, within the UK, yet it has still not arrived.
I have contacted your support team multiple times via email, but my concerns have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I chose Brownells UK expecting reliable service, but this has been a highly disappointing experience. Your lack of response and delay in fulfilling orders reflects poorly on your business. I hope this review prompts you to take action and improve your service.

L'assistenza clienti,non è in grado di rispondere alle problematiche.
Accettano solo carte di credito e annullano gli ordini,nonostante i prodotti risultano a magazzino.

Ho seguito le indicazioni di reso, spedito a mie spese, risulta consegnato con successo il 21 Novembre a Brownells, ad oggi ancora nessun rimborso, ho provato a scrivere via mail circa quattro giorni fa e non sono ancora stato contattato, nulla si muove.

Aggiornerò la recensione appena ci sono aggiornamenti, per ora è una stella.

I’ve dealt with this company on 2 separate occasions, & both times it’s been largely unpleasant. They charges £30 more on a pair of 1911 grips than they retail for. Stated 4-7 days shipping, & took over 3 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they are a bunch of ripoff merchants.

Not very happy with customer service, was told order with arrive in 7 to 10 working days, it is almost a week overdue. I haven’t received a response the seller and Parcelforce, the delivery service hasn’t updated me on my tracking in over a week, not a happy customer
