Here is my email after receiving my order:
Very disappointed with this order. The crab claws were slightly freezer burnt. The lobster is labeled "best by Feb 5, 2024. My order arrived Feb 7th. Haven't got to the crab or scallops but am hoping for the best.

Thanks for reaching out. The crab claws are super frozen so the quality should be perfectly fine - their moisture tends to have some freezer burn.
You're missing the hokkaido scallops and the jonah crabmeat? Sometimes the frozen products can stick together or be hidden under packaging. Let me know if they are missing and I can reship them next week.

Fantastic product-easy purchase and shipping. It was a gift for friends who were amazed by the smoked fish. Since we are local that’s no surprise!

Delivery was on time and the uni was delicious!

I ordered the Half-shell scallops with roe. They are absolutely delicious!

Once again, BTC excelled in on-line service, flawless delivery, and product quality. In my experience, fresh fish not procured locally is a risky undertaking, but I never worry with BTC and won't buy from anyone else. This latest order included black cod filets, which were so fresh that, upon opening the wonderful plastic flat tray they were packaged in, I discovered no odor at all -- like the fish had just been caught. Impossible, but BTC does it!

I originally criticized the lack of shipping info. My error as the delivery date was different from my recollection. Everything in the shipment was excellent as always!

Everything arrived well wrapped and the cold-packs were still frozen.

Always great seafood love the Oishi shrimp. Jonah Crab was a little disappointing, too fibrous and stringy
You promptly reply after orders are placed and everything ships as scheduled.
You are the best place for this coastal person to get fresh seafood while stuck in the mountains.

There is simply not a better source for fresh fish etc. - We have been purchasing from BT for a number of years - products always arrive fresh and packaged well. Over the years we have also purchased from other sources - but no longer do so as none compare to BT.

Everything. Absolutely, everything. Including the birthday card. I just wish that I could afford to buy more and more and more. Every once in a while, my husband and I visit Maine which begins with flying into Portland. Do you allow visitors?

About half of the oysters were so big I struggled to open them.. the packaging is stellar. They arrived on time. I would have preferred they were smaller. That being said, they tasted really good.. very briny..

I was concerned that the order was packed on 1/16 and did not arrive until 1/19.

Some of the food that was delivered was not fresh.
