The delivery was done on the day that I chose. Everything was nice and cold or frozen. The uni is delicious. Really delicious. I haven’t tasted the caviar yet. I’m happy with my purchase.

Easy to use website. Easy to get information about all the different types of caviar. Great that I can search by imported/domestic/etc. Delivery was made on the date chosen. Everything was well wrapped and cold when it arrived. Had we not been home for any reason, it would have been fine for another day. Very nice experience and I would recommend to others.

"Super fresh Nantucket bay scallops!" No, not really. Despite currently being in-season, Browne is selling scallops that were frozen over a year ago! (harvested 11/4/22, frozen 11/5/22, shipped 12/5/23). Quality was poor, and they were not worth eating. It also took multiple emails and eventually a phone call to get a full refund (2nd star only because shipping was eventually refunded by a different customer rep). Will not order from Browne again.

The Royal Belgian Osetra Caviar that I ordered as a gift was thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient. This would have been a 5star rating except UPS did something weird on the delivery and left it at what they called "Other". Unfortunately no "Other" address was specified on the order, just a primary physical address. We tracked the package down but still don't understand why it was left where it was.

Arrived on time! The foie gras pate was the perfect size to slice and serve on toasted rounds with apricot sauce. Everyone loved it.

I haven’t received my current order yet, but past experience with Browne Trading Company is excellent. Orders always arrive on the date I chose and I’m always happy with my caviar choices. I’ve tried other companies in the past but I’ve narrowed it down to Browne only. Never disappointed!

I was a little disappointed with the Langostinos..They used to come in a cardboard box and they were much larger, and I thought they were from New Zealand before, not Norway as they are now. They are quite expensive so I doubt I would order them again
These were in a flat Styrofoam box and they were all frozen together so it was not possible to remove a few frozen ones, keeping the rest for future
The Cabinero Shrimp were outstanding

Great products and always arrives as scheduled.

The crab legs were salty and they’re not even big let alone jumbo

I’ve used your company before and the quality is top notch. Only suggestion I would make is to include a link that gives the ability to track the package.

Screwed up delivery sent to wrong state did not follow address I used on file on website
Then promised to resend for delivery on Dec 1st and that failed too
Complete mess
