Reliability and efficiency

I had an excellent experience with this door-to-door shipping company. Their service was reliable and efficient. The delivery was on time, and my package arrived in perfect condition. Second time using BL

Second time using BL, and they've always delivered on their promise. My boxes got delivered within time and just as it was collected👌👍. I strongly recommend BL any day, anytime.

Terrible experience this time. Sorry! Hope this doesn't happen again.

Terrible experience this time, unfortunately.

Clearing took forever.

I did not at all feel the personal touch, the human touch, the customer care I've known Browny for in the past, through out this remarkably inconveniencing wait.

I understand it was a challenge beyond your immediately control, but I felt like a robot just sent out updates every couple of weeks. I had to ask to understand even the basics of why I had to wait so long.

I have watched Browny become more and more rigid. Caring more about keeping to their systems than in helping me meet my needs.

1 star on this one, Browny. I still love Browny Logistics and I am hoping this was a one timer. I hope you improve on the human touch part.

Thank you for the review Joshua and it is unfortunate you did not feel the personal touch this time and we hope you will perhaps do in your future transactions with Browny Logistics.

You were provided weekly updates explaining that the FDA had changed their requirement and asked us to register a product prior to clearing the goods at the Port of Ghana and that we were working with the authorities to have this completed as soon as possible. You then asked for further details and you were supplied with a further detailed explanation therefore we do not agree with your conclusion of not getting information and having to ask.

Systems are in place for a reason and for someone in the same line of business; the Freight industry, we hope you will appreciate this perhaps better. Systems are in place to prevent the team from driving for over 2 hours to your pick up location in UK only to be told by your client that they were not available. This was a waste of resources for Browny Logistics- this wasted journey resulted because we accepted the booking from you using the HUMAN TOUCH and it cost us in fuel and staff time. We therefore had to insist on your next booking the right way to prevent further wasted journey from you and your clients.

Secondly, we also had to maintain a “rigid” process of payment with you due to previous delayed payment from your client, to the point your client again wasted the time of the delivery team in Ghana asking them to carry his package to his location on the day of delivery as he was going to the bank to facilitate payment- this was against our mode of operation however using the HUMAN touch we agreed to take the package whilst he made payment on the morning of the delivery. He lied to the team he was at the bank to facilitate payment, then told them payment had been made therefore they could deliver. You only then made contact asking for the bank details again after the team refused to leave the package until the payment he was insisting to have made was verified by the office. Unfortunately, the team had to return the package from Teshie, a wasted journey- twice from you.

You therefore understand why we needed to be rigid in our dealings with you and your particular client- an explanation which isn’t new to you because it was explained over and over again to you.

We do not agree with your 1 star rating however we accept this is your review of how you felt about the service you received.

We hope to serve you again in the very near future should you be willing to accept our terms of operating as you can appreciate that this is needed to function as a business. Thank you

Great Service

They were efficient, professional and they exceeded expectations with delivery timeframe. They gave us a step by step process of how they work and no pressure to use their services. Arrived at the booked time for collection and it was a very smooth and straight forward process from inspection of the shipment, invoicing and delivery. Will highly recommend and will definitely be using them from now on.
