My boxes were picked up on 05/02/2025 & today is 10/04/2025 i still don’t have my boxes !!!
9 weeks & counting whiles they promised delivery within 6 weeks
Poor customer service & communication!!!
No system to track your boxes like JOBYCO does !!
Never using browny logistics again !!

No sane individual who doesn’t have any business transaction with you will just wake up , waste time & data to come here & type to a review. Of what use will it be to me , to gain what ???
You might not have a business with me but i believe you have a business with goodscashbackUK , whose CEO is IAN.
Check your records & i believe the recipient of the 4 boxes name has been changed to EUNICE !!!

Obviously , because i am not in the UK i can’t have a business with you but my third party goodscashbackUK shares every detail i need to know with me cuz he receives my packages & boxes them for me & he doesn’t have a shipping line so browny logistics was contacted cuz it was close to him !!!
You were quick to know it was me & you sent my review to goodscashbackUK right ??
he asked for a tracking & he was never given, why give him the tracking after my review here please & from your tracking you picked my boxes on 05/02/2025 & it left UK after 4 weeks that’s 10/03/2025 …. why that long please ??? why wasn’t it communicated to goodscashback??
i wish trustpilot gives the opportunity to add screenshots & voicenotes so i can add all evidences i have !!!
if because of my review my boxes & packages will be mishandled & delayed cuz from the tracking you shared few hours ago boxes arrived at the port on 04/04/2025.
i will come back here again to give my review anytime i receive my boxes !!!
i won’t let customers call me a thief due to delay from your end cuz i have been doing this buying & selling business for sometime & this is the very first time using BROWNY LOGISTICS & i will NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone !!!

If you have transacted with Browny Logistics through a third party, I will advise that you direct your frustrations to them and to get all the necessary information you require from them. Browny Logistics has excellent customer service and has always responded to any queries regarding request for information. It is quite odd you have taken the time to write a review that is not factual or does not represent the service we have indeed provided. It is also interesting you choose to reference another provider who you believe is better at giving updates; our tracking system is online. One thing we always advise individuals is that you should use a service that best meets your needs; perhaps this is something you can reflect on for your future needs. I am afraid we are unable to comment any further on this review as stated above, we have no business transaction with you and cannot in all sincerity give you an appropriate response.
It took too long to receive the items
I didn't like the longer period the whole process took.

The reason being that your package was collected 2days after the shipment had left which meant there was a slight wait to join the next consignment. Thanks for the review Lina and apologies for the delay in receiving your items. We do strive to deliver within our 4-6 week window given at the time of booking. Unfortunately on this occasion we had a delay from the shipping line which was outside our control. There was also a delay with clearing the container in Ghana due to customs processes; again outside our control. Your box was delivered as picked up from you, therefore any leakage may be due to your packing style. Hopefully next time you ship, you will enjoy the fast and effective service you have always had with Browny Logistics 😍
