Launched with potential, got some funding and fell off. Current product is glitchy, has been lack of updates, and lack of AI integration. Much of what this tool can do, AI tools like Claude can do much easier and quicker now. On top of that, they won't even allow you to change your email associated with your account.

Scam, forces you to make an account to do ANYTHING and then it just doesn't work and does nothing

UI and first impression looks good, but when try to execute then it failst in both modes: Chrome Extension and AI Studio page.
I've tried to scrape Reddit pages and Facebook groups and got two outcomes: either the functionality didn't work or it scraped complete giberrish (strings of random characters)

Has AI in it's name but no AI in scraping. Doesn't work.
You will waste more time than manually copy pasting thousands of info text.
Errors 98% of the time. When no errors it only scrapes the first bit of info.

I forgot to cancel my ~75AUD subscription as I had a one time job at the time. I got charged. But when i requested a refund just while cancelling, they emailed that a refund was processed. Very ethical and appreciate it.

Have tried to do self service but got stuck. Reached out to BrowseAI sales service who seemed terrific in the beginning, but have now been sending 3 consecutive emails to BrowseAI for over a week now with no response. Definitely doesn't instill any trust to use their services going forward, if I'm getting ghosted at the sales stage.

I cannot login to my account, they don't send the password reset mails I ask for (they aren't in spam) and Support doesn't reply when you contact them.

Browse AI is a game-changer if you're tired of the tedious data scraping grind. It sorts the right data from websites and adds them straight into an Excel sheet for you, all automatically. It's super convenient and easy to share.

That said, it isn't free and you can't tweak the data it selects during the process, so you might find yourself tweaking things in the CSV afterwards. Still, it saves a ton of time and integrates nicely with other tools, making your life a lot easier. I would definitely recommend Browse AI if you're looking for a way to easily automate your workload.

I cancelled my subscription after signing up and have been charged an additional 2 months after this. I can't contact the team and have to have my bank block the transactions.

I cancelled my subscription right after signing up and testing it, they didn't cancel it, and a month later charged me. Impossible to get in touch with their customer service and no place on the website to easily cancel. Do not use.
