Had a problem with my Refrigerator and via Yelp contacted Bruce Appliances. Technician came same day and quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts. One week later technician completed complicated repair with no time. Customer service is excellent with detailed explanation! Will definitely recommend this business!

My refrigerator stopped cooling on weekends and with short inquiries technician arrived at my house in 30 minutes. Technician diagnosed the unit and advised me to repair the refrigerator because of the manufacturer quality was high and it was 15 years old without a single repair. Technician from Bruce Appliances offered me manufactory suggested retail price (MSRP) on parts and standard labor fee with discount.
