Excellent service
Excellent service. I booked a long-distance journey with an early pickup and was quoted a very reasonable price. The driver, Tariq, arrived on time, was professional, and drove very safely. I will definitely be using this airport car service again.

Our Driver was waiting at the Airport, was very friendly and a safe and good Driver. As I forgot MX Hand AG witha Cards, Passport ... he Cane Back to Bring ist to the Gießt House, wäre I was staying!

Professional and friendly service from Tariq. Ensured I was aware of when he was arriving for pick up. Courteous, supporting with my luggage and ensure I went to the right entrance for my flight.

Reliable, professional, friendly.
I have been using Brumtaxi for work related journeys for over two years. My first journey way back in May 2022. The booking process is quick and simple. The admin team communicate well and all the drivers I’ve had have been friendly and professional.
When I’ve had to change plans last minute, pick up time for example, the drivers have been accommodating as far as they’re able to with short notice. I feel now I have a solid working relationship with the company and individual drivers too.
