Bryan Anthony purchase. I made an online purchase of two items from Bryan Anthony. Their website clearly stated that if I entered my name, email, phone number, that I would receive a 20% discount. I made the purchase but did not receive the discount. I contacted Bryan Anthony and explained the issue. Their response was to offer me a 50% discount on my next purchase. I contacted them again to ask why the 20% discount t had not been given but now it seems that they are just sending me the same 50% offer for future purchases. I believe this is a scam.

Very middle of the road.
The shipping wasn’t super fast. I got the product and simply didn’t like it when I tried it on. The return process was easy, but I had to pay for the return shipping, which was kind of crappy. So, my refund was less $10. I guess Amazon has me spoiled. I don’t like to be nickel and dime-ed by fees. Just build those costs into your product pricing, please.

I was billed for the product on 12/12 and it’s 01/09 and I just received my refund. They aren’t super quick, but that’s expected with a smaller company, I suppose?

I ordered a necklace for my wife (that she wanted and we have limited $) on Dec 8 and it is still "lost in transit" since Bryan Anthony's uses an "unknown" shipping company that doesn't even have contact info. Bryan Anthony's continues to give us the run-around and false shipment dates and at this time, we don't even know if we will ever receive it (now Dec 22 and their website said arrival on Dec 26 but now that is "delayed"). Very bogus and sketchy company (and they really don't care if you reach out to them)

I ordered two items on dec 10. I was promised 10 day delivery. Do not believe them! As of dec 18, one item has not yet shipped. I have tried 3 times to contact customer service. 1 response was that they would be in touch in 24-48 hours. Another flat-out lie. I wouldn’t recommend this amateur organization with my $$$$$ if I were you. Stay clear!!!

I ordered 3 of the "pause" necklaces for a sisters weekend and gave them to my sisters for gifts. They are made of poor metals, and all of our necklaces wore and tarnished in 5 months. Joann was very nice, offering me 20% off something else on their site, but why do I want to purchase something else from their site that is low quality? So now a commemorative necklace for the three of us, ends up in the trash. If you buy something, know it isn't going to last long.

Placed an order on Sept.11, as of Oct. 3 have not received the order. USPS tracking shows the order going back and forth multiple time in Illinois and stopping on Sept. 24 with no further movement. Several emails to the company got responses of "I understand you frustration and let me know in a few day if you see no movement." There's been no movement in seven day. Notified them twice, and now they say it was lost in transit and i have to verify my address so they can send it again! I paid $ 136.47 the day I placed the order and have a feeling I've been scammed out of that money.

I ordered a ring for my sister's birthday, and although the tracking shows it was delivered, she never received it. When I contacted the company for help, they placed the responsibility on me to resolve the issue. Since they handled the shipping, I expected them to take more initiative in helping track down the missing package. I'm so disappointed.

UPDATE: They ended up helping me and resent the item I purchased. I have changed this from 1 star to 3.

I am very disappointed! This is the second purchase I have made and yet again the product failed! The necklace was broke upon arrival! I will be contacting the seller directly!! Amazing concept, beautiful jewelry, VERY POOR QUALITY!!

Very disappointed in the Pause necklace I recently received. I love the design and ordered this necklace to replace the one I wore for several years but lost recently during travel. Sad to say the quality is nothing like my previous necklace. The chain is super thin, the pendant color is cheap gold. Overall not an acceptable piece. Suffice to say this seller has sold out to cheap imitations of its original quality. Never again Brian Anthony

I was so excited to give my daughter the Bryan Anthonys "I am Enough" bracelet but sadly within two months of wear, the bracelet (which cost over $50) tarnished so badly that my daughter could no longer wear it. I contacted the company but was told that since the bracelet was delivered more than 30 days ago, they could not accept a return. They had no questions and showed absolutely no curiosity about the failure of their product. I would not do business with this company ever again.

I love the sales! This company is my favorite "go to" for affordable and unique jewelry. I have also found the jewelry holds up better than pieces I have received/purchased from KS. I will continue to support BA.

Not recommended. I placed an order 10 business days ago and still shows confirmed. I emailed twice, no response. I hope I get a response today otherwise I will dispute with my bank and report to BBB. This is ridiculous. No customer service phone number either.

Avoid this place not worth the headache, ordered something for my girlfriend and didn't get a tracking # or anything, waited almost a week. Emailed customer service and still nothing, just look else were.

I bought several pieces and I’ve got so many compliments on everyone!
My favorite is the grit pearl dangling earrings that I purchased from my best friends daughters and ended up having to get one for her.
So elegant And classy!
I also purchased the thick and thin bracelet set twice.
We had a jeweler make us a set like this one and paid over $250 for it and we’re not near satisfied. My only dissatisfaction is we had that one made because they do turn and we didn’t want to have to take these off every single time, we take a shower. However, as you can see purchasing another said because I like it better than my real one I wish you could make it so that it did not turn.

Love the designs but like many others said the quality is terrible. I bought the high low necklace in silver and gold. The silver is supposed to be nickel but that only applies to the chain and not the charm which scratches easily and has turned yellow and is peeling

They promote low-cost jewelry but they are in fact items of very poor quality. In the end it's not worth the cost at all because everything breaks after 1 or 2 times worn. The bracelets and chains break, the rings don't feel round because the metal is too thin....Spend a little more elsewhere for better!!!
