I purchased the Office 2024 product
I purchased the Office 2024 product. Immediately I received the product keys and commenced installation. The instructions are good and thorough, however the Installation Key was never worked and I could not register even though weeks of email support and trying different options. The support was fast and good but for some reason it did not work. A refund was given, which I appreciate.

Good easy instructions to follow for installation of software
The instructions for installation is very well documented and easy to follow. I purchased 5 license for Microsoft Office 2024 and so far have installed it on 2 computers without any issues. You do have to uninstall any existing version of Office prior to installation. Hopefully the license is permanent and doesn't get blacklisted from Microsoft down the road in case I need to reinstall at some point if I upgrade my computer.

Treat customers as if they are good customers!!!!
You are not a people friendly company and try to push us to deal with your supplier(Microsoft which is also not people friendly) therefore we don't get our ordered without a lot of pain!!! You should have the product and ship it direct to the customer who pay you for the product!!!!! It is like a game that I don't care for!!!!

A few issues were buyer induced (me). Customer service was great! If you understand volume software licensing where there can be multiple steps, I highly recommend their service.
