Great service and communication

Website great and easy to navigate. Done online chat as query when ordering and very quick to reply and extremely helpful. Great customer service and great price. Good quality bed, so happy with it. Phoned night before delivery with exact time, delivery guys very nice. Definitely recommend Bsspoke.

The headboard is excellent, just what we were hoping for and brilliant value for money but the reason I gave them 5 stars is because there was a slight glitch in delivery which they rectified immediately I informed them of it and then kept me fully notified of what was happening.

Ordering was simple, the bed is beautiful. Really good quality for the price. Customer service was very good, delivery guys were great and put the bed together in no time at all. Very satisfied with my purchase and service.

Same as what i saw and ordered( divan ottoman gaslift 5ft bed and mattress). Very happy. The quality, the price, the service 100% perfect. I highly recommend them.
