I booked two party buses for a a large group of teens to attend a birthday party. BTS demanded payment up front. I believed they would be professional and payed the amount and agreed to pay a portion in CASH! Thirty minutes before the event, they notified me that they would only be able to provide 1 bus. I had to scrabble last minute and find friends with mini vans to hep me transport the teens.

This company was not only unprofessional and downright disrespectful. They threatened to withhold all services and have refused to fully reimburse us the amount we paid. BTS is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Stay away. They will force you to pay upfront, then when the services is not provided will give you a hard time about refunding your money.

We paid upfront for 2 party buses, 1 "broke down" and did not show up. We had to get friends to drive kids who were left freezing in the cold on a winter night. The company only provided a partial refund giving a variety of different excuses as to why we owed him more than we agreed for the 1 bus he sent.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

There are many other companies to choose from. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this one.

My husband ordered a limo with driver for four hours for my birthday. The driver showed up a few minutes late and upon getting out of the car at my house he was not appropriately dressed as shirt tail was out and tie was not on. The car had BUCKET seats for a back seat so my husband and I could at best reach each other to hold hands. My husband had the driver stop so he could get me some flowers and this is when the driver got out of the car and put shirt tail in pants, put belt and tie on!!! The driver was not familiar with the area nor the car GPS. It took extremely too long to get to the restaurant (we were late for reservations). After a couple of U-turns and having two cars blow their horn at us on different occasions we finally arrived at destination. When we left the restaurant, I got directions on my phone and told the driver when and where to turn. My husband and I were needless to say very disappointed. The price was extremely high for this service. Our four hours ended sooner than we wanted but I was just glad to get out of the car.

I don't normally do reviews, but I thought I needed to. Our experience with BTS was nothing, but excellent.
I ordered (2) Cadillac SUVs and (1) 50 passenger Coach bus. They all showed up on time, in fact, early. They were extremely nice and polite and helpful. The drivers had to do various destinations and drop offs and various times.
Our venue was in Jersey City and started in West Orange. I highly recommend them.

Overall great experience with ease of booking and the provided driver was very professional and attentive.

I had a very great experience with BTS Worldwide Limousine. I hired for my daughter birthday . The driver Mike was nice and very professional. He was come at pick up Location 10 minutes early. Thanks once again
