I simply cannot recommend Buckingham James highly enough. I have bought and sold properties before and have never felt that I needed a mortgage broker but after the outstanding service I recently received from Buckingham James, and in particular Brian, my opinion has been forever changed. Brian helped us through an extremely stressful house purchase in a calm, professional and reassuring way. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to push everything through and his support through the whole process eased our stress and worries immeasurably.

There isn’t a single doubt in my mind that I will be using Brian for all my future broker needs, be it a remortgage or a property sale / purchase. I guarantee that anyone using Buckingham James Final Services will not be disappointed.

Hiring Brian was by far the best decision I could have made.

Brian was able to provide us with the ideal mortgage and ensured that the process was flawless. The time from application to mortgage offer was an incredible 12 days and that is solely down to Brian’s hard work. Brian continuously chased up all relevant parties to help get this set up quickly and later on in the process was able to push the solicitors too.

Brian certainly took a lot of the stress out of the house buying process, his knowledge, expertise and professionalism has been exceptional and he had complete commitment in our house purchase.

I can not recommend this company high enough. We spoke with Brian Leppard when trying to arrange a remortgage and within the day he had emailed various options with accompanying pro and cons. All our questions were answered in a very knowledgeable and professional manner and we could not believe how speedily and efficiently the whole process moved forward to the extent that, despite the lender requiring a valuer to view the property, we received a formal offer within a week. We have had 4 or 5 mortgages through the company now, Brian has handled every one and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is so on the ball, up to date with current guidelines and very efficient. Me and My Partner were first time buyers and had been recommended this firm. We had no idea about the processes or what needed to be done, when, how or why but after talking with Brian for a short while everything felt clear. He was so informative and it felt like he had all the time in the world to answer my 1000000 questions, no matter how small. The first class service we received from Buckingham James was second to none.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and transparent. They clearly are very experienced in this industry and everyone we spoke / corresponded with were on top of their game. He has got this personal approach to you and your situation, and his level of expertise is just outstanding, not to mention his punctuality and organisational skills that are second to none.
There are many people who can do their job, but there are very few who love what they do, and do it with passion - and Brian is one of those few.
I have just completed my second remortgage with Brian's help and, as always, received the top quality service.
