I couldn’t be happier with my Milanese gold Apple watch strap. Great web site, comprehensive visual representation of the range and an easy ordering process. When the watch arrived it was packaged and... もっと見る

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys seem to be a small company and I think it helps. I've ordered so far two leather cases from them (iPhone 13 Pro Max) and two watch straps (the sporty le... もっと見る

Leather strap
Unfortunately the quality of the leather strap was poor and I returned it. It was tough and plasticky and would not curve around my wrist. Customer service was excellent a quick refund arranged.

Excellent Customer Service
Lucian was very proactive in recognizing an issue with my original order and contacted me with options on how to resolve the issue. The issue was taken care of to my complete satisfaction because Lucian is very good at his job and understands the importance of taking care of customers. Because of the way that I was treated by Lucian I will continue to do business with and recommend Buckle and Band to my friends and family. Lucian provided excellent customer service and your organization is very lucky to have him on your staff.

It's beautiful!
It's beautiful and works well with my apple watch ultra 2. It took a little bit to get it as I live in Texas but it was worth the wait.
I'm very happy with it.

Buckle & Band - Bands for Apple Watch からの回答
Hi Emma, please could you send us more information. It sounds like either 1.) You've could have put the linking section on upside down, or 2.) Potentially the incorrect size band has been sent. All of our bands have a locking mechanism, so its not possible for them to slip off. We'd love to help you with this.
Excellent customer service and products.
The customer service was excellent, and I love the band I got! The best we have owned. This was my second band an I will order all bands from them in the future!

Buckle & Band - Bands for Apple Watch からの回答
Hi Jared we're really sorry to see this. We've had a few order issues since the Trump Tariffs have been brought in.
We can send you a new item duties paid or cancel and refund the exisiting order for you.
We hope we can earn a 5 star review from you and we're doing our best to resolve this issue for you.
Poor service, do not recommend.
Poor service. Like the selection, the prices are reasonable. I'd love to rate the actual product, but shipping is so slow — and customer service is so unresponsive — that I had to ask for a refund on my unshipped purchase.
I have yet to receive a shipping notification (or a response to my refund request) after almost two weeks.

I bought the stainless-steel watch band for my husband's birthday. He LOVES it! It was very easy to take his iWatch to a jeweler and have the band fitted for him. So beautiful and easy to fit.
