This company deserves NO starts at all. Terrible customer service, terrible return & refund policy. I purchased two bracelets from them which never arrived to me, since they failed to write the correct address. The package was returned to them, and they still refused to refund my money.
Multiple emails did not help. They requested more money to reship it, or offered to refund a ridiculous fraction of the payment, which I thought to be very unfair. They wanted to keep both, their merchandise, and my money...
This company is a complete scam, and money thirsty. They shouldn't be allowed to take our money and get away with it. The Karma of the wrong and dishonest business they are doing today, will come right back to them.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered bracelets and they were extremely bulky so I requested to send them back for a refund. This was in July 2019. I sent them back to China and they let them sit in the warehouse until December and then sent them back to me. I was told that jewelery is a restricted item for China returns. So I had to declare them as soap samples valued at ten dollars. They finally accepted delivery in their Chinese shop in April 2020. It cost me a total of 65 dollars to send this crap back and now Buddha Power Store will not refund my purchase price. Mind you I have a LONG LONG email thread starting with the original purchase in June 2019 up until today, September 2020. I have also called their unattended phone line about eight or nine times and they called me to get some details in August saying they would call me back in 24 hours, I'm still waiting. Now they are saying that they can't do 2019 refunds and they have the merchandisein their possession. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I also plan to talk to an attorney. I wish it would become a class action lawsuit as I know that I am not the only person they have swindled.

Exceptional product but wait was nearly 20 days always use pay pal today thought I had been scammed but they did reply too every msg I sent them will purchase again but expect delays too UK from USA but soo happy quality of product Recommended all the reviews are bad not really an issue always use PayPal it has added protection happy buyer and will purchase more

If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a bracelet from them and it came in pieces. I've called them multiple times and sent emails. They requested a picture of the bracelet and I sent it to them and still no response to what they plan to do for me. This company is a complete scam. They shouldn't be allowed to take our money and get away with it. And the wrong you're doing to people today will come right back to you ten fold. Its called karma.

Buddha power has not replied to me in regards to my order status funds were taken out of my checking account yet three weeks later have not received my merchandise it’s also false advertisement it indicates in the webpage that has 24 seven customer service but they don’t I have several messages have not received a call from them I wanna know what happened to my moneyI do not recommend anybody to purchase anything unless you wanna donate money to them

It's a scam. I bought one and I am trying to cancel the order since the first day and have my refund and it's horrible to deal with this people.

Recently saw this retailer advertised on YouTube. Highly sceptical about far fetched claims for their products but was curious and looked at their website. Liked the Chinese Feng Shui style costume jewellery, so I ordered three bracelets. About two weeks later, a small package arrived but it contained only one bracelet, not like any I had ordered! It took several emails before I could make them understand I’d received the wrong order, then no communication from them for two or three days. Thought I’d lost my money, had to call Citizens Advice. Emailed Buddha Power (BP), stating my consumer rights under UK law, giving them a deadline for delivery. BP messaged back, asking me to send photos of the shipping labels: the top one with my address, then peel it back and photo label beneath. Then they admitted they’d made a mistake. Got my correct order three days later. Very poor customer service. Products are overhyped and overpriced; they insist theirs are “genuine”, not cheap copies, yet same Feng Shui Jewellery, same quality can be found in huge quantities on eBay.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering on their website. The reviews on their site is nothing but glowing reviews. Wrong!

I ordered some bracelets and a ring back in April. Didn't get items until June! Then, I had to return some of the items as it was either too big or with defects. Sure, website says return back for refund. You have to pay the shipping though.

At this point, thinking in my mind it really not worth it, since shipping back to China with a tracking would cost a lot and defeat the point since it would cost way more to return. But I figured, it's still at least $70+ of refund value, but with the shipping cost it not even worth it in my opinion.

Anyway, I return the items in mid June. Still 3 months later, still no refund... I've contacted Buddha Power and they say until they get it, well, it's been 3 months. Please do not order from them!
Whether tracked or not, there gonna be some excuses. Horrible!

I ordered a bracelet from Buddha Power and that's when the negative energy started. On the email they sent me, there was NO order number, confirmation number, shipping or tracking information.

When I emailed them about this, their reply email gives new meaning to the patronizing. Garma, you cannot track a package without an order or confirmation number.

This is not a reputable business and they are at the opposite end of any thing Buddha.

The store name should be changed to "Greed Power."

This mob are questionable and should not be in business. I returned two bracelets which were far too small and had a tracking number as to follow their progress. It arrived back to the store on July 4th but this mob said they never received it. Whenever you email them you get a computer generated reply which never addresses the problem.Now three months later I have given up. After over 20 emails I received no satisfaction whatsoever. I came across some of their items on "WISH" for around $3 which is a long way of $40 which I paid. The only wealth and good fortune attached to their products is only and always for them. STAY WELL AWAY FROM DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.,

Took over 4 weeks to be notified that my purchase was sent. I tracked it. Never received it due to incorrect address and it was returned to sender. Buddha Power Store is saying that the post office destroyed the package (very hard to believe) and now wants me to pay 30% of the cost of the item plus additional shipping. They keep sending me emails telling me the same thing. I keep telling them I want a full refund. I have escalated this to a claim with PayPal. At this point, it is not even the money. Buddha Power Store is shady and unscrupulous. Save your money.

Everytime you buy online never use credit cards. Use paypal instead. I always get a refund everytime I encountered a scammers online.
My experience with buddha power store is great.

My life was going great before I got these beads. I was climbing moderately fast up the corporate ladder. I had extra money which I used to give to charity and to treat others to meals. I had my dream home and a boyfriend he treated me like a princess, but then I got this advertisement for the beads and it sounded to good to be true- like pseudoscience! I quickly bought several bracelets. I placed them on my wrist and followed instructions. My whole world started crumbling before my eyes. My company fired me. I stopped giving to charity. My boyfriend left me for an actual princess. I put several more bracelets on and things got even crazier. My country elected a reality host for the office of the presidency. A massive respiratory virus swept the country. My ex-boyfriend became a prince by marrying the actual princess.
In short, these beads are dangerous.

I placed 2 order on the 11/07/20. still have not received them. Tracking number for one of them says that it was customs cleared in UK 24/07/20 and with delivery courier 26/07/20, but still not received them. It is obvious that order is lost after 40 days in UK. They still refuse to issue refund so I am out of pocket over USD56.00 the order order which is USD 7.99 no trace at all. I have been back and forwards on emails to get my money back but no result. SO PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

I bought a bracelet 3 weeks ago and this store give me a tracking number which has no update at all from 2 weeks ago.
And no service at all. The phone is unavailble and no one answer me in the online chat.

This store is a fraud! I ordered 2 copper bracelets on May 29 and I haven't received it yet. When I follow up they just telling me that I need to send my mailing address. I don't understand because when I ordered the items I put my mailing address and contact number. There are 3 persons who take turns to answer my email but they are all doing the same thing when I complain, they will again ask for my mailing address. These are Scammers!

These people are crooks I purchased a bracelet from them 8/17 still not received it email them like crazy and called and nothing I purchased the bracelet and gave my address to be shipped and now they say I have to send the address to the carrier so they can send it to me . irresponsible.dont buy from them rip off.

I returned an item to these scammers but they have made every excuse in the book why I cannot have my money back. I have e mailed tghem at least thirty times and each time I have absolute rubbish back in reply.
Company,s such as this should not be allowed to advertis on Facebook. They are nothing but con- artists! Be advised and keel well away!

What is most concerning about this company is telling tragic stories that are 100% fake.. to prey upon kind and possibly hopeless human hearts looking for a better life. This company has absolutely zero regard for the purity of the Buddhist teachings, and has instead chosen to use lies and manipulation for monetary gain. There are ACTUAL real people i this world suffering great sorrows that I know would be deeply offended by this company’s mockery. LEVEL UP!!!!!
