We have had the bed base for a year now and it has proved to be high quality and good value for money. When they installed the super king size base, they went out of their way to be helpful which was very much appreciated.

Excellent service and value. The owners are very knowledgeable kind and helpful but not pushy. I bought a new mattress for myself and then returned to help my eldely mother make a purchase of an automated bed--something that she was quite anxious about because of cost. We got a great deal and her bed was installed today. The delivery and assembly guys are great too. They put together my mother's bed and then brought her old bed to me on the other side of town so my daughter can upgrade. If you need a bed, please go see these guys.

The guys brought the bed up to my apartment on the third floor.

Allowed me to purchase an item that was not in stock. Had to wait way too long to get my bed - was sleeping on the floor.

Split bed base came with different size feet so we can’t use drawers, which is why we bought the bed base. Despite calling 3x no replacement feet have been sent. Also ordered in advance to ensure we had a bed for moving into a new house, and was asked to email closer to the time to remind them. Emailed, got no reply, so called and was told they no longer delivered on the day we needed. So after I had taken the day off work to be there for a day they could deliver, they were able to deliver on move in day for which I was grateful.

Update: Three weeks later and still can't use the bed as intended. They kindly delivered us 6 feet that were supposed to be the same as one of the sets we originally received. Unfortunately, two of these weren't the same size as either sets of feet we originally received, and several have scuff marks so clearly aren't new. So we have asked for new bed feet that are the same size... again.... which we should have gotten in the first place.

Budget beds delivered when they said they were going to and rang me 30 mins prior to delivery to ensure I was home.

I needed a new mattress urgently, and Budget Beds, came through for me. I received my mattress in days, not weeks and I am so grateful. The price was super affordable, and I feel like a new person, sleeping on this amazingly, and very comfortable new mattress.

I do like the products exactly as advertised one issue when i ordered they gave me delivery charge for Auckland I live in Canterbury cost difference which was a shame but a genuine mistake would I buy again yes great service and great people to deal with.

Cheap, value for money bed.

Delivered earlier than expected and good comms leading up to delivery. One exception was driver did not call in an advance and if I did not have son home I would not have had time to race home from work but all worked out well. Thank you !

Love the product, quick delivery

We urgently needed to replace a bed after the Auckland floods. The process with Budget Beds was quick and I was well informed of its progress through text message. Delivery was seamless and the bed quality is amazing! HIghly recommend this service
