Good selection and reasonably easy to establish what I wanted. Negative side is DPD and their really poor delivery. They took three attempts to deliver - all their issue not mine, and when it came, it... もっと見る

Delivery
Upon our order, the delivey company DPD, just did not try to deliver the products to us. Products were apparently ‘sent back’. We then had to wait further for our products to be
re-delivered. This is now the second time this has happened.

Dear customer,
I am really sorry to hear about the long transport time you were exposed to. I can see your order has now been delivered.
On behalf of our carrier I apologize for the inconvenience. I will include your feedback in our continued collaboration with carrier to improve their service to our customers.
Sincerely,
Nicole

LED tube arrived quickly
LED tube arrived quickly. Didn't break but bubble wrap was not surrounding it. This bulb was advertised as a replacement for a conventional tube. It would be helpful if you included a link to a guide to doing the switch over; Sometimes you can literally just change the bulb, but some types of ballast will destroy the LED bulb. Luckily my friendly electrician rewired the fitting to prevent that in my case.

Great choice of products at very reasonable prices. Excellent communication and fast delivery. I ordered led strip lights and one tube was broken when I received the package, presumably by the carrier, I filled in the online form to get a replacement tube and this was delivered very quickly without any further issues.
I will be ordering from here again, thank you for great service.

I ordered an LED tube light
I ordered an LED tube light. It arrived broken so I asked for a replacement. This arrived smashed. I asked for a refund and got one. Helpful and responsive customer service. As for the lightbulbs, I can't comment as I didn't get to try them out. 150cm tube lights do not travel well it appears, no matter how well.they are packed.
