Same problem as others - no response from a placed order - never received and no response on status but they sure did charge the credit card immediately. I'm contesting the charge with my credit card company as well.

I have been ordering from this company for years. My last two orders have been nothing but problems. I placed my order on July 2nd 2026. It is now 8/10/26 the order is still showing processing. I emailed several times also sent a message through the contact us portion of the website. No response. I finally contacted my bank , my money was refunded. So disappointing they had a great variety and almost a l ways had everything I needed in stock. How can a company not respond to customers. Maybe something else is going on in the company and needs to be looked into.

If I can serve to divert a single person from committing the error of making a purchase from budget, then this is worth the effort. Worst company ever. How bad? Well, open your wallet if you’re considering buying from them. Take out a $20, $50, or $100 bill. Now set it before you and ignite it. As the money is consumed by flame, sit back and strike yourself repeatedly in the groin until the currency is fully consumed. That's it! You have perfectly replicated a purchase at Budget Vapor! May you never be silly enough to again commit such an egregious error.

Its August 3, I ordered on July 9th(Thurs.) $ 188.xx was taken on as payment (in full) by July 13th ((Monday). Order status been "processing" ever since. Five messages later re Status and no response. I am being ghosted.

This company is so unpredictable. One time orders will be fast and prompt. Next time, it takes weeks before my order is processed. You can leave messages and get no response. I'm done with this company. I'm trying another one and hopefully it will be better. Can't be any worse.

July 3, money out of my account. My order is "processing ". I call BS on budget vapors.

I have ordered on a monthly basis from them for years. At first it was 10-14 days order to reception. They have since updated their processing time (was 4-7 days) 2 - 28 days with an additional 7 day delay. In my opinion unacceptable and unprofessional. When counted as business days my current order is on day 27 of processing, but in reality it's been over 5 weeks. I will be looking for somewhere else to order... anyone know where I can get PinUp Betty from

I sent an order back in June 15th and nothing has arrived. When I email them I get no response. The order was over $300. I feel like Rodney Dangerfield, no respect. Don’t hold your breath if you order something.

I made an order on May 23rd still haven’t got an update. Just says order is on hold. Cannot contact or get ahold of customer service. Don’t order from here will just waste your money

Great place to buy if you're going to quit vaping. After an entire month, my order still says " Processing" on their website. I ran out of liquid 2 1/2 weeks ago, had to buy an unfamiliar product locally. I had several positive experiences with them earlier, don't know what happened. Wheels fell off the bus I guess.

I have been shopping with this company for 4 years and sometimes take a couple weeks but this time it has been a month and have heard nothing. I will never order from them against and sucks because they are the only ones that have Gorilla Warfare. They got me for $148.00

I would give a zero star if I could . Do not order from these losers . I placed an order on may 29th. It still says “processing” and they will not respond to any messages . Gonna have to dispute the charge with my bank and fight for a refund . Total scam and customer service does not exist . If you order , you will get scammed . Don’t do it . Absolutely ridiculous.

I have used Budget Vapes for several years with no major issues. More recently, the last 4 or 5 orders have taken 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered. Their website states that they send emails when orders have been shipped, they provide tracking information and they have their own messaging service. They do not answer their phones, there are zero emails, there is no tracking info and they do not respond to their own messaging service. My current order was placed over 3 weeks ago and I have no idea what the status is. I will be shopping other sites in the future as Budget Vapors customer service and delivery times are unacceptable.

This is a terrible company DO NOT order from them I've been waiting on my order for 2 weeks with 0 updates and I've messaged them 5 times with 0 response. There customer support is NON EXISTENT and there shipping speed is either the SLOWEST EVER or I got SCAMMED

I have shopped budget vapors for over ten years. Never again!! The last 2 orders took forever (over a month) from order to shipping and NO ONE was there to make contact with. I went to ecig juice connect. Almost half the price and a better selection.

They take the money fast, but they have no customer service what so ever! Find somewhere else to buy from, it has been over 1 week and no shipping up date. They never answer messages , but they took the money right away. It maybe a web scam,

It is been 26 days since I made my order (12/22/2025), the status is still on "Procesing" so no tracking number. I have sent messages every day and got no response. I have been ordering from this site since 2020, and I haven't had any issues up untill now. I am starting to believe that they went out of business.

Placed an order Dec 27. Still says processing. Sent multiple messages through their website and still nothing. Requested a refund, still nothing. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!

Total ass of a company terrible customer service i also dont think companys should be allowed to charge shipping unless the items require to pay postage i ordered 2 small drip tips for my vape i have yet to reviece any update about to order and it says it takes 2 to 5 business days to process and it has been over that time i have such an easy order yet the company has yet to do anything ive sent mulitple emails and not a single response

They took 3 flipping weeks to ship my order. They only had 1 of my 3 items I requested, and sent a piece of paper saying ill receive a refund for the products I didnt receive. No refund as of yet. Never responds to email nor their contact options on their website.

They refunded me after 2 months.
Last order I put in they completely refunded it. Their website doesnt say how many they have in inventory so its a huge gamble and a normally slow shipping time. On top of slow refunds typically.
