Fantastic Communication & Flexibility

Devansh has been a great help during our salesforce development. Understands our concerns and is able to work with us to meet the needs of any project.

BugendaiTech has helped our nonprofit work through Salesforce integrations and customizations over the last few years. They are knowledgeable and come to the work wanting to make impact and help their customers understand the core product itself so that in-house teams can work in collaboration more effectively with BugendaiTech's team. We felt this capacity-building was over and above what was required of them, and we really appreciated it as it has been invaluable to be able to "speak the same language" with them through our work together. I recommend BugendaiTech for anyone who is looking to partner longer term with a company that can meet its Salesforce needs.

I've been using resources from Bugendai and have been very happy. The code is clean and they're great at communication. They were able to staff on a very short notice and I've been very pleased with the work.

After initial interview we clicked, there was hope that our unreasonably tight deadlines would stand a chance.

After few discussions over a period of a week, some ideas were offered. There was a genuine attempt to be helpful and that was appreciated it.

10 days post initial conversation, there was form of discussion about committing to our tight deadlines and that request for commitment was rejected.

At which point a link to this review was posted with request to leave 5 star review.

My initial 'Lets first do some work together' response was met with hostility and how I have shown 'my colors'.

Not only did we spend 10 days to find out commitment to our timelines wasn't agreed upon. I found my self defending how this whole situation set us back, after bringing this concern to Ross, his only response was 'review does not cost anything'.

His completely lack of being related to how the whole thing was handled is where the 1 star for Lack of Class.

Yes they appear to be very knowledgeable, but completely out of touch if your project is on unreasonable deadline.

If you do go into business together, make sure to get a firm commitment before going any further.

I had a great experience working with Roushan and Bugendai Team. They are easy and flexible to work with. I recommend them for their expertise and great customer experience.

The team at BugendaiTech were professional and communicated well with me throughout our project. The regular update sessions were solid. The team always ensured that I understood what they were working on and asked me for feedback. They were also receptive to feedback.

BugendaiTech is awesome! I can’t express how great it has been working with the development team at BugendaiTech. I came to them after having a horrible experience with a U.S. based developer and BugendaiTech was able to pick my project up quickly and get my app built and to the App Store. They have knowledgeable and skilled programmers with outstanding customer service. We had video meetings weekly and I received daily e-mails informing me of the progress made on my app. Even when we hit some technical issues, they worked hard to overcome them and ultimately we were successful. I appreciate all they have done and will definitely work with them for my upcoming projects.
