Absolute champs, saving my holiday by delivering on their express shipping 1-3 days! Thank you so so much. I can take my buggy with me now with the newly replaced rear axle! You guys are the best!

Staff were very helpful, responsive, and kept me well informed. Buggy was collected, repaired, and redelivered in less than a week. I would happily go to these guys again.

Omg such an expensive service. I expected top not concierge, better communication, timely responses etc. we were without our pram for 2 weeks. Repair itself was done but I could t have done this for a fraction of the price.

I bought some replacement rear wheels for the upper baby cruise.
These were delivered quickly via DPD (although not impressed that DPD just left them on the front door step on full view of everyone, not even hidden at the side and didn’t press the doorbell. Also, DPD had triple wrapped them in the plastic bags. This seemed to be overkill for packaging).
I followed a video on YouTube and quickly replaced the wheels having cleaned and greased the fitting. I now have a buggy that is fit for purpose again. Would recommend pitstop and would use them again for future purchases.

Very happy with the outcome of our repair.
We have a 4 year old Original Bugaboo Fox where the folding wire latches were failing. Buggy Pitstop were good on the phone explaining what the process was and then communicative during the repair. They delivered back a restored chassis.
It took a while to source the parts due to the age of the Buggy I think however we were kept in the loop and as we had a second portable buggy it wasn't too inconvenient.
Price was good enough for a professionally completed repair using OEM Parts - the whole top handle of the chassis needed replacing and re-riveting and it's perfect. Thank you.

Buggy pitstop went above and beyond to contact the pram company and get a replacement frame under a warranty issue. As far as I was concerned the warranty had expired so had thought a paid repair was necessary.
Highly recommend.

Buggy Pitstop was recommended by a friend. I was given a price ant told it would be a week for the clean. I was contacted a week later convinced but after a week I was contacted and I collected the car seat I was pleasantly surprised the seat looked like new all stains gone. I would highly recommend the staff was efficient and service we’re great. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and repair, simple and speedy. Only fault is lack of communication when return delivery was delayed, had I not been in touch I would have been waiting in all day

They didn't offer a repair only replacement parts which are no longer available. I was reimbursed for the repair that wasn't able to happen, but not the courier. I fixed this myself with a YouTube video once I got the pram back.

Buggy pit stop are an amazing company.
I needed a replacement frame for my Vista V2 pram and Katie was absolutely amazing at assisting me in the purchase process. Fast and efficient and very knowledgeable ( Katie even provided a how to video guide for extra assistance)
I would definitely recommend.

Within half an hour I had sourced new wheels, ordered them and despite the bank holiday Monday had my new wheels delivered on the Tuesday so could continue to do my job. The wheels were well packaged, and were easy to fit,

We had some issues with the courier not coming to pick up the buggy, which Buggy Pitstop was very helpful to deal with. We ended up travelling there and the service was very fast and impeccable, they were really kind and helpful and gave us some good tips for maintenance too. Highly recommend

I dropped off a baby zen YOYO that had seen better days. Once I picked it up I was amazed with the end result, it looked brand new. I highly recommend and would use Buggy Pitstop again!
