Shipping times are incorrect
Ordered on the 5/11/24 shipping times are meant to be between 2 to 6 days. Absolute rubbish it is now the 14/11/24 and tracking says it wont be delivered until 18/11/24!! I needed it for the 16/11/24. I have emailed and still no response will be requestin a full refund for a product i no longer have a use for and have now had to spend money on another option to get me through.

Full delivery still Pending
We bought a trampoline in September 2024, and it has been more than two months since then. We are still awaiting parts that were not delivered with the first delivery. We have emailed customer support about it ten times or more, and we have yet to receive a response with the estimated time of arrival for the missed delivery item.
Would not encourage anyone to shop on this site, since it is really awful for products to be not delivered, and secondly, because of the customer service being supplied.
