Seem to take a long time to process and get to me but that could be post service otherwise very happy with price and service

A shame about missing the delivery time, otherwise everything was great, especially the young lady who took the order.

You give the price but state costs until after we paid. Will not recommend bugout to anyone. If you said $125 up front front, I still would have bought it.

Excellent people to deal with and dlobety was quick

I ordered a set of roof racks which arrived as promised but unfortunately the keys and Alan key were missing. So useless, very disappointed that it took three emails to get a response. The good thing I can say is they did the right thing and reversed the charge and refunded me. Thank you. I hope we can do business again sometime but I will not order the roof rack from them.

I have no idea of when I can expect the toy car.
Does it come in two boxes?
if no one is at home the delivery can be made by leaving the boxes in the front door entrance or inside the front door entrance if you can get someone to open the main door.
I will be there if I have an instruction as to what day.

Absolutely disappointed with this pressure washer. Used it for a mere few minutes before the handle decided to give up on life. Not only was it inconvenient, but it also left me with a half-cleaned driveway and a whole lot of frustration. Save your money and invest in something that won't fall apart faster than you can say 'clean'.

Adding to the disappointment, I reached out to the manufacturer via email to address the issue, but received no response whatsoever. It's beyond frustrating to invest hard-earned money into a product only to be met with silence when it fails miserably. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this subpar pressure washer and its equally neglectful customer service."

Excellent service great looking product

Initially I was rapt with purchase and the process but……I used the item I purchased for 30 mins then it started making strange noise. Got an engineering guy to look at i5 and gear was stripped. From cutting grass? So I took photo and emailed and 12 days later I’ve heard nothing so from a customer service perspective

On time, streamlined communication to a remote area. The vibration plate is excellent. Apparently all vibration plates are fantastic across the price ranges if used according to sensible medical and exercise recommendations. I use Perplexity AI Pro fir excellent supply of relevant academic research, general information and spot in videos eg) training. Vibration plates have been researched for over 50 years. So even the super expensive ones recommended by those companies themselves are not necessarily 'better'. I got mine for osteoporosis and with that in mind by standing on different parts of the plate and using moderate to high speeds I could feel the fine vibration up my spine where I need it for 1 to 3 light ten minute sessions a day. Feet close together to hip width apart. And planning like with any exercise to lay off and review as necessary. Most of my work will be with weights and diet.
