Cobros indebidos pese a múltiples pedidos de baja
Solicité la baja de mi suscripción en múltiples oportunidades y, pese a ello, continuaron cobrando mi cuenta sin autorización. Ya me realizaron dos cobros indebidos que nunca autoricé y hasta el momento no he recibido una solución real ni la devolución correspondiente.
He pedido la cancelación por distintos medios, pero siguen manteniendo activa la suscripción y debitando importes de forma injustificada. Esta situación es absolutamente inaceptable.
Si no recibo de inmediato la devolución total de ambos cobros y la baja definitiva de mi cuenta, continuaré exponiendo públicamente este caso en redes sociales, plataformas de reclamos internacionales y todos los canales disponibles, mostrando pruebas de cada intento de cancelación ignorado y de cada cobro realizado.
Espero una solución inmediata, devolución completa y cancelación definitiva.

Su caso fue revisado con prioridad y ya se gestionaron los reembolsos correspondientes, además de la baja definitiva de la cuenta según lo solicitado. También se enviaron los comprobantes al correo registrado.
Dependiendo de la entidad bancaria, la acreditación del reintegro puede tardar algunos días hábiles o reflejarse en el próximo resumen de la tarjeta. Si aún no lo ve acreditado, por favor responda al ticket y con gusto daremos seguimiento al caso hasta su confirmación final.

Terrible customer service and no care for there customers
I’ve been a Builderall customer since I’ve started my business, and unfortunately this recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
My business relies heavily on website quote forms to generate daily leads. On February 20th, my website stopped properly sending quote submissions to my email. Since then, the issue has remained unresolved.
I contacted support on Friday, February 20th at 11:26 AM. As of Monday morning (February 23rd), the problem is still not fixed. On top of that, response times from support have been over 24 hours between replies. It makes it nearly impossible to troubleshoot anything when you have to wait a full day just to hear back.
This issue directly impacted my business. I normally receive 1–2 leads per day through this form, and I’ve now lost over a week of potential customers due to a malfunction that has not been addressed in a timely manner.
What’s most frustrating is not just the technical issue — it’s the lack of communication and urgency from customer support. For a paid service, especially one that businesses rely on, this level of support is unacceptable. And even if you email them like I have twice as well as tried to open tickets to get this fixed with customer service they will not respond to your emails.
I truly hoped this would be resolved quickly, but after 8+ days without a fix and extremely slow responses, I’ve made the decision to move my business elsewhere.
I hope Builderall improves their response times and support systems for other business owners who depend on their platform.

Account cancellations with Builderall are processed immediately, and we do not continue charging accounts that have been properly canceled. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges associated with our subscriptions.
In cases like this, what usually happens is that the cancellation was not fully completed, was attempted under a different login email, or was interrupted during the process, which prevented it from being registered in the system.

If you are unlucky enough to have a problem on a friday, you are cooked, no one answers on weekends, no support , no help nothing. lost out on thousands of $ of sales because of the incompetency of this company. Last week friday everything went blank again, all of our websites, of course reached out to support , no answer until monday, no sales for 3 days.... avoid like PLAGUE !! absolute scammers

Lasst euch nicht blenden!
Als ich damals Mitglied wurde, gab es leider NUR positive Bewertungen zu Builderall. Zum Glück ändert sich das nun endlich.
Nach 4 Jahren als Kunde dort kann ich nur sagen: Finger weg!
1. Die Grundidee ist toll, die Umsetzung katastrophal
2. Verknüpfungen funktionieren von heute auf morgen plötzlich nicht mehr (zb automatisches Versenden von E-Mails, versenden von Zoom-Links etc.) und man komm erst iwann drauf, wenn Kunden einem Bescheid geben
3. Der Support ist unterirdisch schlecht. Vorgefertigte KI Antworten, die JEDES MAL den selben standartisierten Mist von sich geben, aber nie das Problem lösen
4. Eine sehr schlechte Zustellrate, da die meisten Mailprogramme BA als Spam erkennen
5. Änderungen von heute auf morgen (ich kann plötzlich nicht mehr auf meine Mails zugreifen und muss erst 59 Euro zahlen, um das freizuschalten)
6. In der dazugehörigen deutschen BA Facebook Gruppe wird übrigens jeder kritische Beitrag / Frage gar nicht erst freigegeben
7. Man liest ständig nur positives über BA - warum? wegen des sehr verlockendes Multilevel Affiliate Programms. Nachteil: Erst ab 100 Euro Provision wird diese ausbezahlt. Hat man "nur" 80 Euro erreicht, hat BA zwar etliche neue Kunden, man selbst bekommt aber keinen Cent dafür!
Kurzum: Lasst euch nicht blenden von den vielen guten Rezensionen - da steckt viel Geld dahinter. Die Plattform ist nicht zu gebrauchen.

My affiliate account was terminated on 8 July 2025 despite meeting Builderall’s activity policy. I had a confirmed paid referral on 22 May, yet I lost access to both my account and commissions to date with no warning.

Builderall Is Withholding Earned Commissions
As a former Top 100 affiliate of builderall, I'm warning others: Builderall refused to pay my $1,000 payout. This was from existing, RECURRING commissions that I had already earned.
Their reason was I'm "no longer actively promoting."
So, Builderall keeps the loyal customers I brought them and collects their monthly fees, but has decided to cut me off from my share.
This shows that the "passive income" they promise is not real. Once you stop making new sales, they take away the revenue you already secured. Be very careful before investing your time and effort in their program.

Their automated email system will quarantine your quality subscribers!!!
Builderall is generally functional however their email system is a disaster. Since new ownership they have introduced a sunset polict meaning that they will quarantine your subscribers if they do not fit their criteria. 80% of mine were for an open rate of 50%. Yes you read that correctly. They allow you to bypass this twice only per list. It used to be the perfect platform. Their email .marketing system is very complicated You cannot easily send an email to all subscribers but by individual list. Even their support don't know how to do this!! If you are a serious business consider an alternative.
