I used Builderscrack most of my rental houses jobs, they are wonderful and very reliable services. Every time I posted my jobs on the website. Always trades connect with me, some of the trades are my emergency rescue contact nowadays, I loved to continue using Builderscrack website for all my business jobs. Builders crack is a great website. You post the job you need doing and tradies who are interested contact you and you choose who you want to look at the job. The web site is easy to use, what could be easier?

Excellent site, easy to navigate

I found Builderscrack extremely useful in helping me find a tradesperson. I am new to the area so I had no contacts, and using Builderscrack gave me a headstart in finding a tradesperson. Knowing they came with reviews helped a lot. And that they came under the umbrella of this organisation was reassuring.

Always great for the small jobs around the house where tradies are able to pick up extra jobs or retired tradies jump in and bang out a couple jobs for pocket money, highley recommended site.

I didn't even know what category to choose for my first job, so I left it blank and Builderscrack did the rest. I have now posted 2 jobs involving 3 projects and the whole process was smooth, fast and relatively stress free. Their website is user friendly. It's easy to find tradies, easy to look at reviews and easy to communicate with the tradies you want quotes from. Builderscrack keeps you updated on next steps with emails too.

Very disappointed with my experience.

My account was reported to Equifax over two overdue invoices, despite the fact that I never received any phone calls and did not receive the emails that Builderscrack claims were sent to me. Had I been made aware of the issue, I would have paid immediately.

The first communication I received was informing me that the debt had already been reported and my subscription had been cancelled. I have now paid the outstanding balance in full, but the way this situation was handled was extremely frustrating and unnecessary.

I have used Builderscrack for business and always intended to maintain a professional relationship. Unfortunately, reporting a customer to a credit agency without successful communication beforehand is not the level of service I expected.

I hope Builderscrack reviews its communication and debt collection processes to prevent other businesses from experiencing the same situation.

The whole process was easy I posted a job got some replies met some builders read the reviews and chose one. They organised the whole job for me from fittings, plumbers,lino, painters etc and I got the bathroom I have always on time and on budget

Builderscrack has created a great platform that bridging customers and the tradies. It's super easy to use, and very well organised. I have used their service twice (handyman and electrician), both were really satisfactory, pleasant and super timely. It saved my hassle of finding the right tradesmen by myself. I'll definitely use their service in the future.
