Love what Arthur and Ruben built, especially because regardless of their success with the course and with their development projects, the focus has been God-oriented. I know have knowledge from there course that won’t leave me an will stay with me forever.

BuildUp has been an incredible blessing in my life. It’s far more than just a real estate mentorship program—it’s a community of people committed to growth, discipline, legacy, and building something meaningful for future generations.

What stands out most is the heart and vision behind it all. Arthur & Ruben Ryapolov genuinely desire to see people succeed, not only financially, but personally as well. They emphasize execution, high standards, integrity, and taking action instead of waiting for the “perfect moment.”

The knowledge, encouragement, and community have been a true blessing as I continue balancing ministry, family, business, and personal growth. You can tell they are passionate about helping others build stability, freedom, and a lasting legacy through real estate and construction.

It’s been such a pleasure working with Arthur and Ruben. Starting out, I had absolutely no experience in new construction. Since working with Arthur and Ruben, I’ve learned so much and have gained so much confidence.

I have tried a lot of things and was pretty skeptical. These guys are solid. They’re generous and they truly deserve do succeed because they don’t see to be doing it at anyone’s expense. I’m thankful and a fan.

My experience is going great, I am an athlete who is still active but preparing for the next chapter in my life by learning in the build up community. Arthur and Ruben have put together an educational program that delivers information effectively.
I also want to note that because of my current career i have not yet been able to put 100 percent of my time into starting a build from ground up. And I have felt no pressure from Arthur or Ruben to rush into any type of project. So I am extremely confident that in due time the information/resources being passed to me will help with the success of project 1 when that day comes !

The lessons were great. Already had 8 years in commercial development but there were enough information even I learned some things.

BuildUp Community has been a great resource for learning about the home building process, especially for first-time home builders. Their course is informative, easy to follow, and packed with practical advice that actually helps you understand each step of the process.

I appreciate how they explain things in a simple way without making it overwhelming. The community and support have also been very helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build their first home and learn from experienced professionals.

So far I found a business partner through the program and we have purchased 2 lots together on Lake Samammish. The how to videos have been helpful also.

Very upfront & personal with great information about how to build a house for yourself or anyone else. Always learning new techniques for or during the building phase. It’s important to have a comprehensive understanding on such things wherever you live. Also a great community to be a part of as well.

There is such a great level of support, which makes this mentorship stand out from others. Arthur and Ruben also have a great level of integrity and don't just sell the hype. In less than one month, I have my first deal under contract! A must if you are a first time builder! -Amy

Arthur and Ruben are highly knowledgeable in all areas pertaining to real estate and building. I hired them on to mentor me for my project which is my first new build and anytime I ask a question they respond within minutes. Which is amazing given they’re both business owners and have their own lives. They are a wealth of knowledge and resources and I feel like just having the connection with them alone is worth its weight in gold. Not to mention they are amongst the friendliest and kindest people I’ve met. Super helpful and a staple to have if your looking to build homes once, or turn it into a business.
