Jack’s attention to detail in the health & fitness industry is second to none. He understands his clients helps them improve on there weaknesses. He is understanding but when it’s game time you best be ready.

Jack always has an attention to detail I’ve not found in other PTs. From ensuring my form is perfect to helping to set realistic and achievable training goals for the future, it’s obvious to see he wants the best for his clients. He’ll always deliver his sessions with a friendly face and despite my almost constant moaning (whoops) he’s always able to get me to the end of a session, feeling satisfied and accomplished.

Jack has transformed the way I look at my lifestyle and fitness training. His unwavering passion and commitment is infectious and I have seen many around me benefit massively from his help, guidance and motivation. He absolutely nails it time after time and has been an inspiration to me (and my wife). Yeeha.

I’ve known Jack for around 10+ years, witnessing him first embark on his journey to where he is now is incredibly impressive. The amount of positive impact he’s had on those around him both physically and mentally through his teachings of exercise is amazing.

Jack has helped me do a complete 180 in both my physical and mental health. I first started with Jack when I was trying to get into the gym but was struggling to know what to do and I had absolutely no plan or structure to my workouts. This lead to severe demotivation and I struggled to get myself up in the mornings to do any form of exercise. After working with Jack for nearly 2 years now I have a completely different state of mind and a really well structured training plan. I am now physically stronger, more motivated and enjoying the gym more than I ever have. I told Jack when I first started that I was really interested in Calisthenics and bodyweight training, so Jack put together an entire plan around this goal and every day without fail is communicating with me regarding progression, feedback and generally checking in. It cannot be understated how pivotal Jack has been in helping me better myself. The results have been phenomenal and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Started training with Jack around the start of the year after an injury. He has transformed my mindset to fitness and health in general and can’t thank him and the team enough. Looking forward to many more years to come together!
