Do NOT buy from this terrible company

Do NOT buy from this terrible company. My order never arrived and there's no where to request a refund or track you delivery. If you email them they send some strange essay apologising mentioning their mental health? and saying they're not a scam..

'Depsite what reviews you may read online (we are aware some of them are from a competitor) we can absolutely assure you we are 100% not a scam. We have been trading since 2022, as two security guards we set up this business to help people. If not happy of course we will issue a refund. We have many happy customers and have strong support in getting this right'

Right but where's my order that I paid 6 delivery for..... then if you try to request a refund by email they just dont reply.

Very unprofessional would avoid
