They keep sending the wrong tracking number. 3 tracking numbers and all are wrong. I ordered a phone as a Christmas gift. I have called Royal Mail who have confirmed that the tracking numbers do not belong to my name and address. Please bulk mobiles do the right thing or I will be asking a refund.

Good phone arrived as advertised great price.

Exact product, brand new as stated. Delivery time slightly longer but only by a couple of days.

Purchased a Blackberry Key One which arrived on 14th Aug 21. By 3rd Sept it seemed to be overheating- working but getting warm leading to it occasionally shutting itself down . I contacted Bulk Mobiles and was told unfortunately as you are out of guarantee we cannot replace the phone (it is 14 days after delivery). Their only suggestion was to purchase a 3 month warranty for £45 and return the phone, however this isn't a solution when you need a phone and would be without one for a week whilst returning and getting replacement. So purchased a new phone elsewhere and put the Bulk Mobiles lack of service down to experience,and no doubt this is a firm to be very wary of

Ordered a phone. all very slick, 16 days later it finally arrives and its the wrong one, wrong model, wrong year and wrong memory storage. All wrong!

What's happened since? They tried to tell me they don't actually sell the phone I bought which I immediately proved wrong when I sent them the original order to which they immediately back tracked on.

They offered me a £10 sweetener but I pointed out that the phone they sent had half the memory of the original order and was an older phone model. Silence!!

I even suggested I'd accept the phone if I got it for the right price. Silence!!

In the mean time turned the phone on to have a peak and it started up in Russian?? It's the gift that keeps on giving!

In the end I have accepted a refund. Next time I'll just upgrade through my network provider. My own fault for being a cheapskate I guess but BULK MOBILES meh!!!

Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied.
the website announces that the phone is new, but unfortunately the phone is very old and used.
You can see the dust as a finger size.
Only the housing is changed. even if the box has been resealed, on the phone I found pictures taken by the owner before me. At the charging port you can see how old it is and full of dust, same as the headphones jack. I've spent £45 on a phone that's not worth it either £5. if it was new as stated on the website, I would have been very pleased. so we can get it from ebay and at a very low price next time!
I do not recommend Bulk Mobiles under any circumstances. on their website they lie to you that they have new phones, but instead they send you very used phones by changing only the case

Good phone good price delivery eta is a couple of weeks but we'll worth that wait!

Delivery was later than quoted and the phone is terrible. Yes its an old phone but we have had that phone before through another provider so we knew what it was capable of but the phone we bought from bulk mobiles is appalling. Its a shame as I had read the reviews and they seemed OK plus when I rang them about the delivery ( which the packaging was fantastic,) they were helpful but the phone is just "crap"

My experience with Bulk Mobiles was great. Phone arrived well wrapped and in new condition. My only criticism was the length of time I had to wait for my phone to arrive.

Phone I received is faulty. People cannot hear me during a call, only works by placing a call on loudspeaker. Not really what you want from a 'as new' phone

I wanted this particular Sony Xperia ZX1 because I've had a previous ZX and I loved it. It still works after 6 years of daily use, only my bad mate destroyed headphones socket. I buy Sony only. Best phone screens, cameras, sound and built. So, it was only Bulk Mobiles selling what I like and it is another ZX, ZX1. Main reason I stick with these is a screen size 16:9. Next is blasted Chrome, which can be uninstalled (after updating Android to max version of 8 which of course adds that tab crap to the Chrome) to factory version and you will get rid off so much and widely hated tab groups, Yep, ZX1 can do it all.
Bulk Mobiles has offered good price and colour I wanted. Arrived on time well packed and brand new. Happy customer.

Firstly the phone I received is really good - sealed box as promised etc - reasonably priced too - delivered in good time.
There are two reasons for the dropped star - the first minor one being the I ordered a black phone and received the silver version. Small potatoes as they say...
The second and more important reason to my mind is that from receiving the initial purchase confirmation to the day I got home to find the box sitting on the kitchen table, I didn't hear a thing from the company. I had even sent an email to them from my mobile whilst at work because the company's own deadline had passed for telling me when my parcel would be dispatched. More communication is needed, So four stars only, 4.5 really...

So far I can only give one star as it is more than 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my phone. My confirmation email said I would receive an email with tracking information within the following 6 working days. After 7 working days I hadn’t received anything so I emailed Bulk Mobiles. They replied the same day and apologised saying staff shortages meant it hadn’t been despatched but I would receive it early the following week. Again there was no tracking email so at the middle of the following week when it still hadn’t arrived I emailed again - they said they would look into it and when I emailed again the following day they said it had been lost in transit and they would despatch another. I still haven’t received a tracking email or the phone and it is almost a week later. All very disappointing as I have to keep using my limited energy following it up and all the while I am without a phone.

(Edit later same day: hooray it has arrived - all nicely boxed up but with the wrong power cable)

Was originally sceptical due to some reviews, however we could not purchase the phone we wanted anywhere else.

Confirmation of payment ends up with a payment to a business in Luxembourg and the phone came from China (despite being told Europe)… HOWEVER the business is based in the UK and someone answers the phone and emails you to update you on your order. They were very helpful with customer service. Order ended up arriving 17 days after we ordered rather than the 8 days. You get a Royal Mail tracking number once the phone is in the UK.

Phone itself is excellent, just like brand new. We have only had it a week, but all seems fine.

I would recommend, but would not rely on delivery times if you need something ASAP. They do however have lots of options of phones that you can no longer buy on contract e.g blackberry etc.

I contacted the company 10 days after placing order to find out where the order was. Was promised tracking within 6 days that didn't come through until after I contacted customer service. Royal mail delivered item to wrong address, again customer service did not respond appropriately to me raising the concerns that I had not received the item. Thank goodness for the honest neighbour who did deliver my phone. I also need to return the item as its not the one I wanted. Customer service advised me to invalidate my warranty by doing something inappropriate to the phone. Gobsmackingly bad service.

Easy to order and fast delivery
Company does what it promises on website, exactly as advertised.
Ordered my phone on a Friday night and arrived 7 days later packed securely and protected from any damage. Delivery by Royal mail. Amazing service and phone plus all the extras and thanks for my second cable to charge. I can't wait to use you again and 100 per cent recommend

Slow on delivery but within the specified time frame. Well packaged and as stated, new condition and competitively priced. Very pleased with phone purchase from Bulk Mobiles.

Sometimes it takes a while to get the phone (sometimes it comes from a town in China, not a town in England) which is OK, but would be nice if it was not a complete surprise. Also the in box accessories are not always 100%: I recently had a USB-C to -A adapter that was defective. However the value for money is still pretty good, a little more transparency would be perfect.
