Fabulous support to date with every aspect of sourcing, processes for refurb and rental guidance. Wilson and his team give me so much confidence with this being my first venture into property investing. Wilson sourced, negotiated the price down initially and then again after survey. He will be doing the repairs and getting it ready for rental and I have no doubt I will do another with him once this has been rented out. I have no hesitation in recommending Wilson and his team.
