I had an issue with my order, BPZ 87515, and Marie was able to sort it out and even add something I forgot that I needed as well. They respond lighting fast to email and everything was super easy. Thank you Marie!

Purchased their Operator 2.0 Undershirt. Had some size discrepancy because i wasn't comfortable with the large.. It was a little too tight for comfort. If you your 6" 195lbs go for the XL. It fits perfectly and you'll be very comfortable. They helped me with everything and stayed in touch me throughout the whole process. Best customer service I've ever had.

I purchased a jacket the first week of December and no communication as to status of the order. After a call and an email weeks late I told they are getting them made soon. Then after another two weeks still no update or delivery. Promised it's shipping soon. UPS says it's coming yet now three times it has been delayed and the date keeps getting pushed. Still can't comment on the quality of the product.

I just purchased two items and wow the customer service was incredible. I immediately received a text from an employee who wanted to verify I got my order confirmation. Then they asked for my measurements to verify my size choices would be a good fit.

I will update this when I receive the items, but right off the bat they have impressed me.

Been at least 4 weeks. Now, waiting. Was told they moved states and white was out for ten days. Need more communication on when it will be shipped or if at all.

Last response was told it would be shipped last Thursday.

I ordered a kit no response from them its been weeks I emailed them last week I dont recommend this company
I emailed texted them the only way to get them to respond to you is do bad reviews. Im going to have your business come up on Google so people can see the reviews. Why advertise if you dont have the product? Its been weeks dude I am a customer
The customer service is more concerned about covering up the fact that it takes about 30 days lead time vs 14 which is false advertising. If you dint stop you might order might not have to respond to a lawsuit.

I’ve reviewed, purchased and worn several different companies body armor, but when it comes to soft body armor underneath or inside of clothing, you can get no better fitting or better looking than Bulletproof Everyone!

A few other companies may offer soft armor, but no others conceal as well, fit as well, and it’s a good chance that they may not even be stab resistant. This is something that a lot of people miss or don’t consider when shopping around. Why spend your hard earned money on something that’s meant to protect your life that can only do half of the job?

As for me, I expect to always get my moneys worth when I purchase a product and I’m extremely happy, if I ever get what’s perceived to be more than what I paid for. So, to see an owner that believes so much in his product that not only does he stand by his product, but he shoots himself while wearing it. . . Well, that’s exceptional to me! Not to mention the excellent customer service that I receive every time that I phone them.

One thing’s for sure, Dallas and Bulletproof Everyone have definitely earned my business!

Shortly after placing my order, Dan from BE called me to ask a few questions and make sure we got the right size (which I didn’t, originally). He was incredibly kind and helpful, and after working through my order we charged my card. A few days later (just under a week maybe?) my order showed up and fit great. I was shocked by how lightweight the armor is, but it allows the clothing to be worn pretty subtly when you feel you need it. Honestly the customer service side of my experience would bring me back just as much as the product (which by all accounts seems great, so here’s hoping and praying I never need to find out haha). Excellent service and great product

The Operator is perfect for my personal protection in downtown and undercover posts. Super thin. Light weight, great concealment. Nobody can tell I'm wearing it. I work in Florida. I need lightweight and flexible in the heat. Great prices, great quality. Zippers are strong, fabric and stitching have been holding up well in washes and constant wear. I have worked in the Operator for 12, 24, and 36 hour shifts straight. I recommend it to my clients and co-workers. It's very comfortable protection.

I am a security guard in Tampa Florida. The employer I work for requested that we be discreet with any body armor that we wore. The Operator armor is perfect for this application. It's light weight, especially compared to steel plates. It remains hidden when worn. I wear a large and it's completely un-noticeable under my uniform. It's good to know that I have protection and can show my employer a clean and professional look. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an under the shirt, lightweight protection option.

What made the experience great for me was receiving a guality product at a great price, and in a timely fashion. The order actualy arrived before it's expected delivery date. The sizing chart help me determine a great fit. I also received a bonus item. And who dosen't like free merchandise. I have received follow up calls and emails to ensure my satisfaction with products and services. Great job!!

Unbelievable! I gave it 5 stars because I couldn't give it more! Best product I've ever worn. Awesome help with the correct vest. AND there's more than just the vest available. These guys were incredibly knowledgeable and great to talk to. I won't do business with anyone else anymore. 👌👍

I purchased the Operator carrier and armor set, level 3A, and have worn it for work for almost 4 months now. It's comfortable and fairly easy to conceal. The only issue I had with it was that when I wore my exterior belt for a few of my shifts it would push the armor panel into my throat. I thought that maybe if I bought the small carrier instead of the medium it would fix that issue. I have worn it twice for 2 of the shifts that would require concealed armor and I have found it to be a much better fit and it fixed the issue. If it wasn't for that, it would be damn near perfect. So make sure you get the right size carrier the first time. None of my colleagues know I wear it when we do protection details in plain clothes and very few have caught on that I wear it when we are working traffic details. So far, I'd say it works better than expected.

Now if only I could get my dad bod to go back to deployment shape. I could really fill it out the right way.

As a retired U.S. Army veteran (SF) for 23 years and police officer (SpecOps) for 25 years, I thought my service to the public was finally over. After realizing there was a call to serve my place of worship, the return to service was renewed. All my questions were responded to without hesitation and with full knowledge this industry has to offer to the public. Based on my level of need, I decided to purchase the Operator body armor. I placed my order and received it within four days of purchase. I would have received it earlier if it was not late in the evening when I placed my order. Everything from the material in this product, to the fit, I am very satisfied. The vest fits like a glove, it is light weight and comfortable to wear. The price is great. After several weeks of self evaluation, I feel I made an experienced and positive decision to trust these guys who I believe has my best interest at heart. An added plus is the extra outer shell it comes with and the back pack they include which is a great asset. I recently spoke with Dan who stands firmly behind their products and he assured me that my complete satisfaction is important. Bottom line, I highly recommend their products to anyone in need.

The guys BPE really cared about my order. They called for exact sizing and shot and email when I didn’t get back to them promptly. I received my in just a couple of days and it fit very well. A follow up call with their BD guy was a pleasant experience. Everyone should buy their gear from these guys.
