scam site do not buy from bull hat company not a USA company crap product from china looks nothing like the website there’s no one to contact if you need too it’s a job to get your money back which I didn’t get it all back as had to pay for it to be returned

Horrible company. No tracking info nor any ability to track your order. Not even any confirmation it was being processed or shipped. No help when I contacted the seller. Received an email saying a ticket was opened from a very weird email address. Neither the email address nor their response indicates the company name. There are definitely red flags indicating the company is possibly fradulent.

Poor quality. Long delivery time. Inadequate packaging. Still arguing about return/refund. Avoid like the plague.

Spare yourself & do NOT purchase from this Company or anything that sounds remotely similar. Looks NOTHING like the hat I ordered - squashed cheap felt with a tacky plastic band & crappy buckle. Doesn't even have the shape of a pork pie. Arrived in a plastic bag - no box. Cannot be reached on the website - email was returned undeliverable. It was a birthday present.

Absolut rip off , impressive looking website , giving the impression its a quality us company , but just selling cheap nasty felt hats from china !!! Bad packaging , terrible quality DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY i have given one star beacuse i cannot give it less

Purchased hat from website which looks impressive then received hat in a plastic envelope not a box so hat was squashed. Hat could be pushed back but creases were still visible. Hat sized wrongly, band wasn’t as deep as photos and bottom
Layer of stitches missing. Doesn’t look as good as the website. Sent from UK. However went to return product and they offered first 20% refund, then offered 40% refund. Told I have to return it to China if I want refund then they will decide if refund can be applied. Takes over 30 days to return to China so you will go over the 30 days return policy.

Should have read reviews first. 'Rip-off' is too complimentary of a desciption for what I received; a felt costume type hat mashed down and placed in an envelope. For $50+ dollars. Literally looks like something that would be used for a kids halloween costume from k-mart. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.

I’m terrified. Haven’t received my hat yet but what a lessened learned here. Fingers crossed that they get my order delivered safely and upon receipt I will update my review promptly. Ohhhh boy here we go with the bull*hat show. Tick/Tock. This is all based on reviews. Haven’t received yet…

Wie bei allen anderen, wurde der Hut aus China geschickt, in einer Tüte. Er kam beschädigt an, war das falsche Modell, die falsche Größe und billigste Qualität. Unbrauchbar.
Danach wird 20% Erstattung, dann 40% Erstattung angeboten.
Habe jetzt PayPal eingeschaltet. Mal sehen was wird.

Billigste China-Ware, hat überhaupt nichts mit den auf der Homepage gezeigten Modellen zu tun, wird lieblos in eine Tüte gestopft und ist maximal Karnevals-tauglich. Nach Beschwerde und auch Zusendung von Fotos der tatsächlich gelieferten 2,50 €-Ware wurde nach langer Diskussion 40% des Kaufpreises erstattet, eine Rücksendung wäre teurer gewesen, und genau das ist anscheinend die "Masche".

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They reel you in with pics of awesome looking hats with promises of 100% customer satisfaction, full refund if not happy, delivered in a proper hat box,direct from genuine American company. My hat arrived in a bag with a flimsy piece of polystyrene around it, squashed flat and nothing like the advertised photo. After back and Worthing through email I reported them to paypal, so they offered me a 20% refund if I sent hat back at my expense! Fought them all the way and eventually received an full refund after paypal took over! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Wish I had read the feedback before ordering from them they are two company’s Bullhatter and Bull Hatt Co.
Hats are dreadful quality from China not the USA as advertised they don’t arrive in a box but a bag! Same Hats on Amazon for 1/4 of the price advertised from China!

What a load of crap, great website shit products, had i have known where the hat was coming from I would never had bought one, makes temu look like harrods, steep clear, if this was a shop in England they would be shut down for false advertising, don't know how they get away with it.

They even charge $15 for shipping insurance, LOL.
The wrong shipped hats were bad quality to start out with, after shipping them from Korea in an envelope they are really trash. They refunded me finally $44 of the $115 paid

This company and two others, Rock Hatter and Ugly-hats, are a rip off since they all have the same hats displayed on their website and similar prices with the same thing from each. The same contact associated with all 3.I was sent unsolicited and unwanted cheapo cowboy hats, the return address is New York.

Biggest piece of shit hat I’ve ever seen, Chinese crap. Hat arrived stuffed in a plastic bag, crushed, the wrong color, wrong size, and no hat band as in the pictures on the website. I’d give negative review if possible, Bullhatter.com is obviously a scam company. I will be attempting a charge back.

I ordered a hat on October 4th. The wrong hat arrived shoved into a bag and was completely crushed on October 21st. Then I email support and get told that I should just try to be happy with what they sent. LMAO. I will be looking for any and all opportunities to drag this company through any mud I possibly can. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
