Excellent service all round.

I've been buying bullion for 12 years now but only just come across this website. I placed a small order just to test the water. I received excellent communication, fast delivery and I was very happy with the gold bar received. By offering free postage, their price is highly competitive. I fully recommend this website.

Mixup in weight

Instead of receiving 5g i received 2g, so i enquired, apprantely there was a some kind of mixup so i am still waiting for another 3g which has been dispatched.
It is what it is but that was my experience, thanks.

Great communication

Im so happy with my gold transaction everyone was super friendly, the website transaction was simple and easy to navigate. I was kind of confused but I called them on the contact information and they were so nice and explained everything to me!! 10/10 totally recommend.

I have ordered from this company 10 times. Easy to use website with competitive prices. Orders have always been delivered within 2 days, well packaged, signed for, before 1pm delivery.
I have only had to use customer service once & issue was sorted straight away. Even get a free Mcvities GOLD chocolate bar😆. Outstanding company.

Good price but no timely delivery

Good price but no timely delivery.. i posted this review at the time of purchase hoping thst they will deliver in 5-7 days.

We can see that the order was placed on 30th December 2025, when the office was closed and no orders were being dispatched. There were numerous messages on the website, confirmation page, and emails stating: “Orders will be shipped from 7th January 2026 due to the Christmas/New Year office closure.”

Sorry if you missed this. Your order was dispatched on 8th January and delivered on 9th January.
